Received a gift for my birthday, unfortunately it didn't fit. The staff at J. McLaughlin went out of their way to get me the proper size and even had it shipped directly to me 🙂

Wonderful, friendly staff. Clothing is good quality..some very traditional as well as other items very summer colors for warmer weather.

Love JLaughlin, however, the Ruston store could use having their employees be kind. I walked in and no greeting no May I help you. I had a return and browsed prior to ensure the possibility of an exchange. Unfortunately, I did not see a thing. After requesting the return, no thank you no thanks for stopping in. I was shocked. And what’s amazing is as I was leaving someone came in and the sales rep says loudly hello and welcome to JLaughlin. Not coming to this location as I certainly did not feel welcomed.
