Geoff was sooo helpful in loading (into a lifted diesel van!) up the washer we drove 3 hours to get ( wake forest Lowe’s made us miss out on an easy order bc of the incompetence of the pro desk, and then separately, the appliance section who was convinced the sales price only works if we can get the washer and dryer at the same store) we drove to apex yesterday and kitty hawk today to get the last washer (of this code) in the state!
This store has been great!! So grateful for the excuse to drive to the beach and to get good service from this Lowe’s store!

We wish to thank Sales Associate Mr. Paul Simon for sharing his knowledge about appliances and helping us choose a refrigerator for our new home. We truly appreciate his patience with us while he was explaining the best financing options for our needs. We also purchased a washer/dryer combo from him on this same day. Mr. Simon was professional, informative and provided excellent customer service!

Love the way they have trained their associates to not just tell you which location your product is , but to walk with you to the area and then ask if there is anything else they can help you with ! They even recently gave me a brand new blue Lowe’s hat for free ! My late brother in law loved Lowe’s and never went to HD so I follow his example and have always been very happy with their treatment of me when I come in and need help !

Could not find help at first, but the gentleman in the blinds dept ended up helping in other areas to get what I needed. Not a typical request, but he listened and we located items to get my unusual project done.

showed up at store in the afternoon on 9-23-23 to lumber dept . people working that afternoon were very helpful in making sure that our lumber order was complete and taken out to our truck fast and safe visit to lumber dept was 10 thanks

Big shout out to Bill and Kat at the Pro desk in OBX! I’m always thankful when you find people who take pride in their work, hence making your life easier. So much more helpful than my local Apex store.

Free tire pump is very handy. Very thoughtful for them to put that there!

Anita in custom service and returns NEEDS A RAISE! A big one she was amazing so helpful and nice I was there about an hour dealing with some issues of a purchase and Anita helped me through the whole situation having to make phone calls to paperwork and she was so patient and made the situation a lot less stressful!!!

Excellent experience! I picked up 2 orders at this store within 24 hours. First in the evening yesterday and second today. Same young gentleman, friendly, very helpful even in the stormy weather. Thank you and Merry Christmas 🎅!

Super Busy! Always seem to have decent selection. Plan to spend TIME here. Self check out a little ridiculous @ times but aren't they all?!? Return dept is set up in a bad spot though- very narrow area for a lot of front door foot traffic and folks standing around waiting to return. It could be a headache to make a return at busier times.

I really enjoyed going to this place because they had friendly people that helped within the store found all the things that I needed plants accessories to my son's pressure washer

Lowe's is a great place to go looking for plants for the yard. And if you need the run of the mill Hardware things it's not a bad place either. However their Lumber does not compare to other places. I do like that they have a 10% discount for veterans and Military. It is also close to my house so it's always a quick trip to grab those things I need when I need them. Most of the people that work there are friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful support staff! Rick and Clifton were the absolute best --helping me to find what my husband needed. Thank you for hiring caring people!

Attn Truck Drivers. You can park here and drop trailer. We arrived before it was open and there were 2 dropped trailers and 4 tractor trailers parked you could tell they had been there all night. Use second entrance where the blue dot is to make deliveries.
