I had a problem with the pizza I ordered yesterday evening and had trouble getting a refund. Managers weren't there at the time. Today I brought it to the attention of the kitchen manager and the store manager and they apologized for the situation, quickly solved the problem by making me another pizza right (and then some) and was very professional about it. Store manager said I should've gotten a refund when I asked for it yesterday and he and the kitchen manager said they will talk to their employees about doing better next time. The pizza was very good. 10 out of 10, will go again because of the professionalism and them being very quick to solve the problem.

They were clean, friendly, and fast service. Coffee was good and Hot.

Great staff! Sabrina is an awesome manager! My wife lost her wallet at the store this AM. Sabrina went above and beyond to make sure we got it back. THANK YOU! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This morning I was trying to pump gas via pay at pump...screen said go inside...nice cashier guy came out and helped instead of me having to go inside..this is recognition for going the extra step for customer's! Thank you 😊

Seem to be about the same price as Circle K why I've been going crazy trying to upload and update all of them 52 new locations of Casey's convenience stores within the metro area Google Maps has been giving me a hard time accepting him but now that they're starting to accept on I've got a whole bunch dad on there it seems like it's going to be a pretty good China I really honestly can't tell the difference between it and Circle K Whitner and talked to a couple of employees that worked at Circle K before and everybody seems like transition to can't tell the difference so I'm just trying to get on the map get it all correct

Good location, took over former store but adding the Casey's touch into and unto establishment. Broken front glass entrance door. But smooth transaction with friendly workers happy to oblige.

I like On Cue better.

There were cars parked at most of the station spots, but all of the gas pumps had bags over them. What's going on? I need to be in and out quick, I don't have time to walk inside to ask if the pumps work.

Casey has continued circle K s model of investing zero dollars in this store. Pumps and all fixtures look terrible. Wiring hanging off poles. Bad paint jobs. This is an eye sore for the area. Texas Casey's are actually nice. Hope they do better.

Y'all need to fix your pumps. It stole a few cents from me, not a big deal since it was just a few pennies, but it's the principle of the matter. It's stealing from customers when you're taking money for something that they're not even getting. I had to go inside the store to pay for my gas, even though I'd already swiped my card at the pump, but nothing was coming out! Your machine charged me 3 cents even though nothing came out! Wasn't worth disputing a few cents, especially when it was freezing outside. Needless to say, I'm never coming back to this gas station.

Top 5 worst customer experience ever. It sure holds the standard for how trashy and uneducated we are and have always been as the state... But hey that's what most of you like and want. I hope this can actually help someone.
