Dollar General

Visit this store for a US Cellular card but store didn't have them. Sandra, was the young lady that helped me. She was kind and went above and beyond to help me. Her customer service should be modeled as an example of what it means to help a customer to the best if your ability. She called different dollar generals to see if they had them and gave great suggestions of other options. Good job Sandra. Please see this review management and give this staff members kudo's at the next staff meeting. Thank you Sandra. I wish you well.

The customer service was the best I've ever experienced in the Dollar General. Now I feel safe and welcome to shop there again. Both the black man that was stocking the shelves was most helpful he was nice and friendly plus informative. The black cashier was very nice she smiled at me, she said hello. I was in shock because I went into this Dollar General with a heavy heart because of past experiences with the white cashier that judged me for not offering to help another customer pay for her purchase when she was counting out a lot of change. That cashier had no idea of my finances and Yes I told her so she was very rude and unprofessional to me. I help others when I can and it just wasn't the cashier's place to talk to me in the manner that she had. Until Thursday March 12 2020 it has been over a year that I went into any Dollar General store.

It was real nice for the first time I've ever been in that store. I appreciate the service of the staff. She knew everything that wants to know about the hamster and she gave me a hand out so I can know how to take care of Bella.

Update: for the first time in months I saw someone wiping off door handles and the counter and guess what it was here at this store. Way to go. Keep up the good work.Love this dollar general.always know where everything is and the workers are the friendliest.

I am disabled and the staff was very patient, kind, and helpful... Even though they were closing within the next 20 mins and it was a holiday

Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed but summer 2020 is the year of the pool drought lol so I'm not surprised, not their fault.

Always love my Dollar General! Great staff! However they need to get electric doors!!! And room to maneuver. Always stock in the way and narrow aisles.

Dollar General is often conveniently located. Why spend an hour in Walmart looking for a pair of socks if you can just drop into your local Dollar General and pick up what you need and get out? If you don't want to spend an hour in the big stores looking for two or three items, try your local Dollar General Store!

Clean and well stocked for things i wanted and things i didnt know I wanted (ceiling clock!!! ). Masks are required as of this moment, so stay safe!

Robin that works at the Dollar General is a great person she takes care of her business customers and she treats everybody like she's always happy to see them

Very clean and detailed inside very easy to find stuff. Employees were very nice.
