Target

This girl from Starbucks I think her name was Layla is very good at her job. I love it when she's there because when she makes all of my drinks they always taste SO good. She is also always so nice and patient with me. I come to this specific Target for the Starbucks because I know she's here and I'd like'd like her to make my drinks from now on. She is both professional and knows how to treat a customer. I bet her work ethic is great as well. I feel truly seen by her. I am sad when she is not there.

I went to the target today looking for a heart hair clip, they didn’t have it but the nice young lady helped me SO WELL looking everywhere in carts and shelves and redirected me online to a location that does have it, amazing help she deserves a raise, TOP NOTCH help

This review is not for the store per say. It's for a specific employee. Ms.Cynthia was my checkout lady. She was absolutely phenomenal. Professional, kind, helpful and more. Went totally above and beyond. Really sweet lady. All the kudos to her. Give her a raise and keep her. Her customer service is amazing 😍.

Shopping at Target is always great. Lots of products are affordable and of high quality. The employees are very knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful. -ABuckley

One of the best Targets 🎯 in the state. Their restroom is always clean 🚻 and they have friendly, helpful staff. I would suggest that they start putting up paper towels in the restroom. It has been researched that the air blower hand driers do indeed spread germs. We never use the blowers, like ever. Avoid using them at all costs.

Well-stocked and staff are helpful.

Target returns are very easy. Bought the wrong edition of a game for family and had to return.

Just know if I pick your name for a gift exchange your gift is coming from Target…I mean have you seen the holiday gift selection .

Plenty of merchandise and J needed help finding an item and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great customer service, cashier was kind and helpful.

I went to Target yesterday for some Christmas shopping. I noticed (a few months ago) that the clothing section was disorganized. They have since resolved the issue, and it is back to the old Target that it used to be.
Also, the store was more crowded than usual due to the holidays. Despite that, the other shoppers were polite and respectful to one another. This is definitely my favorite Target in this area.

The drive up pick up is outstanding. Never have to wait long.

Amy in the Minute clinic was very helpful and gave great advice! She cares!

This target is on point. Shelves are normally shocked. Check out is a breeze. Love Target brands and their specialty items. Love their Black history items available in store and online

5 out of 5 stars for the young woman who helped me the other night at guest services after I bought the wrong type of toilet seat- after a pretty disappointing interaction at the Towson Target just a night before, I wasn't really expecting much, but she truly made my night. I wish I could remember her name, I think it may have been Imani? Either way, I hope Target recognizes employees who've made such a positive impact on a customers day, even if it's just one, because she deserves it. She didn't have to go out of her way to relate to me, to crack jokes and laugh at my own lil quips but she did. /That/ kinda stuff gives me hope for humanity for real. Some of yall might read this and think "that's nothing major", but for someone who is able to value the little things, this meant more to me than you could know.

Target: please give this associate the recognition she deserves! Giver her a $2/hr raise! give her a promotion! I don't care so long as you reward your employees when they go above and beyond.

Had a horrible experience with the local Walmart trying to purchase an item online for in store pick-up as we needed the item within the next few days (my wife and I vend at events in multiple states, and couldn’t wait on shipping as we had an event coming up soon).

After searching for awhile later that day, with less money than we had before with the refunded money still tied-up, we found that there were 3 of the item at this Target, about 30 mins away from us. I knew right where it was though, as we had lived very close by years ago: it had been our favorite Target then, and still is today. They didn’t disappoint this time either.

Leila who we spoke with over the phone when calling to be sure the online inventory was correct, (and I think we had dealt with before some years ago when shopping here as well) verified it was and went the extra mile to double check, even noted an out of the way sale sign on the item others had missed.

We ended up spending much less on the item than we would have at Walmart (where it was advertised as cheaper online).

The 2 Targets near us (Pikesville & Owings Mills) are nice, but this one has always been a cut above: they keep the store really clean and well stocked, it tends to have more of the limited time/seasonal items that don’t show up at all or as readily by us, and I’ve never had bad experience with any of their staff.

If you’re in the area and need to grab something quick you could get at a big-box store, you’ve got plenty of choices, but definitely stop by and give this place a try first—beats the hassle and sometimes lackluster staff in other places around here.
