Peter, the owner is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. I order shoes in bulk because I love the store and the products.

I just had a delightful experience here. The lady who helped me was knowledgeable about which brands would be helpful for my type of foot and after assessing my stride. She brought me out a few different sizes and brands to try and it helped make my normally indecisive brain a fairly easy process. I will definitely come back when I’ve put to many miles on this new pair!

Anybody ever knock their customer service has never actually been inside. Great store, best customer service.

Such a nice place! I had ordered shoes online ( I know- bad!) and then when they did not fit, I tried to buy them again but they were sold out. So that is how I ended up at Falls Road Running Store and I am so happy that I did! The man that helped me and my husband was SO friendly, helpful and it was a great overall experience. I think especially after the pandemic, it feels good to connect with someone in person and have a nice experience! Love the Hokas! Great selection of shoes, sunglasses and running clothes.

This place is a hidden gem for runners. The staff is very knowledgeable about fitting the sneaker to your walking and running posture and stride. The range of running shoes is impressive, not to mention everything else available -- it's a runners dream store.

Was greeted and very professionally attended to throughout my visit. Ended up getting very good advice on sprinting track spikes, and was able to try from a wide selection to find the perfect fit.
The store workers were able to provide close care while managing multiple customers, so I didn't have much waiting time.
Overall, very pleased with service, selection, and pricing.

The staff was very helpful. He tried to look for the items that I needed. After I found one at regular price. he still went through the discount section to look for one with a lower price for me.

I've going here since I started to run 20 years ago, and have bought the majority of my running shoes here in the ~30,000 miles logged since then. The staff has always been knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly! They're always putting on fun events and have several great races too.

Great experience here, staff were knowledgeable, patient, and helpful as we searched for the perfect pair of running shoes. I ended up with a pair of new balance, but many options were presented to me as we discussed the pros and cons of each shoe. It is not worth it to shop anywhere BUT here, PLEASE THINK OF YOUR FEET.

I've always had great service here. I got some shoes beginning of March here and the guy who helped me was awesome. He knew what he was talking about, was patient with me wanting to try on many pairs and answered all my questions. I am really glad I bought my shoes here and grateful they helped me find the perfect pair.

In need of new trail shoes for my work in rural Africa, I stopped by Falls Road late on a Saturday. The staff was knowledgeable and perfectly friendly. While they did not carry the brand I was looking for, they showed me a sensible alternative, made certain of the fit, and extended the very generous recently-ended sale price. It's great to go into a "small business" store and receive knowledgeable , honest service . The staff has always been friendly and taken time to answer my fairly intricate nutrition questions. Operating in a highly competitive specialized field of running , FRR is comfortable with how they compete in the market with their special brand of service. I highly recommend the store to those that have the opportunity to visit.

Been a customer for years at a running store local to me and happened upon Falls Road Running Store b/c they had the specific stock that the other store didn't have. I really like the vibe of this store better and the assistance I got there was head/shoulders above the other store. Well stocked independent running store with knowledgeable staff and strong ties to the running community, local track teams and clubs. You can find most shoe brands here and a great selection of running apparel and accessories. This is also a great place to find "Maryland" gear and gifts for men and women.
