Valero - RP MINI STOP

My cousin John left his credit card in the pump this morning while pumping gas. T came to our rescue and mailed the card to catch up with him on his vacation. We appreciate your great service!

Has a whole new look and feel to the store now that there are new owners. The man that owns it is really generous and cool.

I went to get gas here earlier this afternoon and ran my card at the pump like normal and pumped my gas. When I got back in my car, a man and a woman (I later realized were the cashier and a customer???) came running outside of the store at me screaming. They both fought me to open my car door as I was trying to close it because they came running at me, both of them screaming. I couldn't understand anything they were yelling over each other. They tried to grab me out of my car and I was terrified because I had NO idea what was happening. I literally thought I was being robbed. Somehow I was able to make sense out of all the screaming and insane behavior that this woman was the owner of the store and the man prepaid for the wrong pump. His car was at the gas pump in front of me. I went inside to pay for my gas and rectify the situation despite being completely shaken and then they overcharged me. She charged me $25 when I only put $18 worth of gas in my car. I was so rattled that I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible and I'm never going back there again. The way the owner/cashier behaved was terrifying and completely inappropriate. This could have easily been resolved if she explained the situation to me instead of assaulting me. I hadn't even turned my car back on yet. I'm blown away that she would approach a young woman like that as if I wasn't going to be completely terrified. She's lucky I didn't think to call the police in the moment, but my boss and I did make a formal complaint when I got back to work. Clearly this kind of behavior is a pattern for them and I would strongly discourage anyone from spending their money here. It's clearly an unsafe place for young women or anyone.

First time getting gas today at Valero and left crying. I try not to let people get the best of me. But this man was incredibly rude. He came out yelling at the pumps caught me off guard startled me a bit he was being so rude he told me that obviously my card wasn't working when the pump told me to remove nozle and select grade he then said he was so sorry that I had to actually come in and get gas when I was just trying to swipe my card to get gas and following the pumps order.. I had to go in and ask this man for 20 in gas while crying. Why be mad over something so simple. Thanks for a great day hope yours is better than mine.

Turned in two lottery tickets got the price of one. The person behind me said they accidentally ripped his ticket. Didn't get my little money for the other ticket.

The old woman was rude, I did not get a pump receipt. So I got in line, to get my receipt. The old woman literally told me to move she had paying customers I just bought 150.00 worth of fuel. NE ER AGAIN. THIS VIETNAMVET IS PISS3D

Wish I could give her less. Terrible customer service and will be going to corporate. Yelled at me for trying to get gas lol! Can't make this up. She unquestionably gives the ENTIRE company a bad name with how she runs her business and addresses her customers. #badforbusiness #badforvalero Usually I don't leave reviews but when service is this terrible...I've got time.

I am so glad there are literally thousands of options for gas in the morning. I will never stop here again. And Valero, this lady is making your whole company look bad. I will stick to 7-11 and Onque from now on. They know how to treat people.

My credit card number was skimmed from one of their pumps. Do not fill up here

A women that works there yelled at and grabbed my employee that works for me. We called the corporate office to file a complaint.
