AT&T Store

This store is always busy because they have a great team, and they are very efficient. When I needed help with set up of the AT&T Active Armor app Kevin was a huge help. His recommendations solved my problems.

Jesus and Brandon were our reps, and they were absolutely amazing! They made sure all of our needs we met and actually went above and beyond!! Great experience.

I did not have to wait long at all....they got me exactly what i needed without messing my existing plan. On Tuesday January 30th i worked with Debbie and store manager at MWC STORE PERFECT! What customer service should be.

The employee who helped us after a minute, helped with change of payment and because she was so helpful, I purchased a screen saver and case for my phone. Very professional and helpful. I wish every store had someone with her abilities!

I want to give the store a glowing review since my experience switching internet providers has been so smooth, but the truth is, I've only interacted with Kevin. He's incredibly nice, extremely knowledgable, and supremely helpful. He answered all my questions, walked me through the process, and generally got me all the goodies that were available to a new Fiber customer. 10/10, will work with Kevin (And AT&T) again.

Terry was who helped us with the concerns we had. He helped us add the new home insurance to our account and than answered our questions we had. He answered with the upmost respect. He was kind. I will be coming back when we have more questions.

AT&T representative Jesus was very professional. Assisted in trading my Samsung A13 to the new Samsung A15. In my opinion promote to a manager position. Thanks Lonnie

Brandon is the best. Was having trouble pairing my new at& t iPhone and he came out to my car and helped me. What great customer service!!!

Came in today with a few different problems and was somewhat frustrated in the retail sales consultant Mr. Terry Walker was able to assist me and solve all my problems efficiently professionally very good customer service. Thank you AT&T for having such loyal employees.

The process for getting the military discount applied to an account under a spouse's name is ridiculous, but thanks entirely to Arlyna, we got through it. Without her help, we would've given up. After an hour on the phone with the entirely-too-robotic AT&T customer service people, in addition to trying various other avenues, Arlyna got it applied. She's a champ.
(Five stars for the folks at this store specifically, not AT&T in general.)

I have always had a great experience at this store but Arlyna Escoto far exceeded my previous experiences she is one of the best CSR’s I have had🫶🏾 she spent two hours helping me get corrections done on my bill!! She’s amazing and gets results when there’s a problem with your services THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING AT YOU JOB!! This store has great management they were great as well thanks att for getting this right!

I went in this store and a nice lady named Lisa she helped me out with my husbands phone. She has the best customer service and she is the best. I’m the manager at FedEx and customer service is what I love and have passion for. I told her managers if they don’t want her I will gladly take her with me. She is the best customer service and sales person for Att that I have dealt with. Thank you so much LISA your the best. Att please give her a BZ award or something special cause she is that. Raise gift card something for the extra mile she went.
