Ran in at 5:50 on a Saturday with a written prescription from urgent care. The pharmacist Jana helped me fill it right away so I didn’t have to drive 30 min to Kansas City Kansas (closest 24hr pharmacy) in pain. Very grateful to her also very nice and personable.

This CVS is my favorite CVS in KC. Well stocked, clean, bright, staff are very helpful. My purchases at this CVS consist of health related products, makeup, household essentials.

Essence D., gave me the best Covid booster shot today! So quick, yet gentle. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff here have always been pleasant and helpful while the location is kept clean and well-stocked, especially after the recent update to the interior.

Good deals on makeup, diapers, wipes & baby medications. The employees are helpful.

They have always done a good job with my prescriptions and I appreciate it. I get a text message when it is ready.

Clerk was very helpful. But the wipes for the carts were all dried out.

The only reason I visit this particular CVS is because it is right down the street from where I live. The store usually has whatever I am there for but I am always treated disrespectfully, never greeted or asked if I need help with anything. The employees working there always have a bad attitude, glum looks on their faces, stand in your way in the aisles and act like you’re not even there. It just shows how desperate places like these are in need of help. These people are lucky they even have a job. I have always gone to CVS over Walgreens and other drug stores and even get my prescriptions at another location, but I definitely understand why the store is always empty when I go.

Had to wait in drive thru on Saturday for over 15 minutes because the were doing in car Covid testing. Left. Returned later & was told me insurance would not pay for my prescription because of a mix up with the pharmacist

The worst customer service I've ever had. You will stand at the pickup counter while 5 or 6 employees just IGNORE you, going about their business. I'm happy to say I've transferred my prescription and will never have to go there again!
