Love this place I got my Easter dress for under $20.00 that makes me happy

OMG there's soooooo much in there. I've only shopped online but the Macy's at Penn Square Mall is 2 stories. We didn't even make it to the 2nd floor, my husband has no patience. They have awesome sales going rn!!!!

I was extremely pleased with the employees I had interactions with. The GM John was very helpful also

I love this place. It's like the clearance place for all the departments in Macy's, all in one place. Clothing, shoes,houseware, bedding, accessories, men, women, children's, perfume, knickknacks.. I say clearance due to the low low price, but most of the items are better than what would actually be on clearance. I mean for the most part, the average cost 9f things I pick up are $10-$19.99. some stuff $20-$40.

Great Store: I would like to commend the employees, especially a fine lady. HINA. SHE is a real stand out service oriented person. She has gone to extreme to help me find merchandise, that met my needs. Hats off to HINA.

I never shopped at Macy's until I went shopping with one of my friends. I was absolutely amazed. Great name brands, great prices and great customer service AND the dressing room were clean. Who would expect so much from a store in a mall. Macy's, you have a customer for life❤

Fatima in the women's shoe section was amazing. We had gone to Dillard's before but we waiting for what seemed like 10 minutes for someone to help me get a shoe in my size but they never paid any attention to me. Went to Macy's and Fatima was so kind and attentive. She helped me pick out shoes for my mother and myself. Loved my experience with her !
