AT&T Store

I have been coming to the store for quite some time and the gentleman Mr. Robby ROMBY is absolutely amazing. He has helped me on more than one occasion he is so patient he is so kind. He sold me this watch thing that connects to the phone he is just so patient. This man deserves a raise. Thank you so much we need more quality people such as this gentleman. Thank you.

The store Manager Joshua was amazing, very personable. You can tell he truly cares about the service that he provides and is seemingly the perfect candidate for employee of the year. He definitely gets my vote! He will find you the best deals and is really looking out for us consumers. 10/10 service

Romby was great. Changed provider online (missed better deal) and phones not working. He was able get us set up in no time. I’ll have to wait to update my plan but will get it done.

My mom and I just transferred from Verizon with the help of Romby. We had to come back a second day due to a system error but Romby helped us power through all of the issues and got our new phones working great. Will come back again to upgrade

Josh needs a raise!! He went above and beyond for my husband and I. Very knowledgeable and super easy going. Absolutely enjoyed our time spent there when I typically dread the experience.

The manager named Josh was great, he fixed everything we needed and we had a list and he did it all free, and with a wonderful personality and smile the whole time, someone that was truly happy to help, we thank him/that store soooo much, and if you have had trouble anywhere else go here, because they will do everything they can to help you and fix it, in one word excellence

Tee and the team at the AT&T store were great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and got us switched over to AT&T without any problems. We appreciated the honesty and no pressure techniques.

This review is for Andrew, unfortunately he is from the shawnee location temporarily for the recent tornado. With that being said…I had an amazing experience dealing with him, he was tremendous in helping me setting up my new phone plan, he even set me up with direct tv and fiber optic internet (I only went to get a new phone) BUT his charming personality had me sold! I definitely WILL be using him again as well as recommending him to everyone I know. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

I do not mean to take away from the Del City location by any means it’s a great store and the manager is extremely funny, overall they have great personalities all in the store.
