We had a few phone problems, and an issue with some credit on our account, but the wonderful ladies working inside straightened everything out. If it wasn't for them, we would have left cricket due to their headquarters screw up.

Great experience changing over my provider. The staff took time to explain everything in detail. Have not had any issues since joining. My bill is always what it was quoted, no surprise charges.

Not pleased with total staff, one sweet little blonde lady working there reminds you the customer is still King.. She should be the store manager, her knowledge alone should dictate that...

Nice helpful people,but if you have trouble with your phone and they can't fix it,then you have to send it in to the company.they won't take it at the store. And if you want to get abetter phone you have to by it then pay $25.00 again to activate the New one
