AT&T Store

Let me start off by saying great job with customer service and having great personal intuition for staff member Kayla. She helped my wife and I with everything we needed and didn’t know we needed. She really made our experience enjoyable.

Had a wonderful experience today with a pleasant, positive, knowledgeable young lady at the Poteau store. Shelby got my new phone working excellently and fixed my plan to the correct one with data. She even installed my memory card and hard case. When we thought what excellent service, she turns around and installed my husband's memory card. Above and beyond the service we expected. Thanks a million and will return with any questions!

I was very thankful for the wonderful people at this location, specifically, Shelby. She made the experience so great! She was easy to talk to and handled what I needed done in a quick and efficient way. I could’ve gone to several other locations (I’m from Tulsa) but I’m very glad I ended up here.

Amazing service! Went in and signed up for two new phones after leaving Verizon. Ledger (hopefully I spelled that right) was the employee who helped us and got us all set up. He was beyond polite, professional and helpful. Would recommend this store and service to anyone. Thank you!

Ledger and Katelyn were a HUGE help. They helped me obtain a Data Only plan for my home LTE Router. Great customer service, and a warm welcome.

Store rep was amazing, quickly finished the transaction with the customer that was there ahead of me but did greet me when I entered and advised he would be a few moments. He asked discovery questions and quickly set me up with everything I needed. Definitely recommending AT&T at Poteau location to everyone. Thank you!!

I cannot say enough good things about Ledger Lowrimore. He helped me look through new phone plans as mine was outdated and needed an upgrade. He was patient and kind as he explained all the details of several plans as I was on a budget and needed to find something that would be affordable. He helped me to find something that worked for me. His service was more than impressive. I'll definitely be reaching back out to him if I need any more help or have questions. Thanks again Ledger!

We had a really good shopping experience with Ledger Lowrimore, and Shelby Hardy. They went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Did their best to work with us. Very professional and great from Kayla at helping us with our needs! We travel an hour for the nearest store. If it wasn't for GPS, we would have missed it off the highway! We will come by again for our next phone upgrades!

I had to go to the store to get help with my new AT&T phone because I had no service. Miss Hubbard helped me. She replaced my Sim card and we believed it was the phone. I tried the Sim in my old phone but that also did not work. I went back to the store and Miss Hubbard called for advanced assistance and they finally got my service set up.
Miss Hubbard was so patient, kind and professional.
I am truly grateful for her help.

I went into the AT&T store to have some issues resolved. I had started an account at Walmart and the employee messed up my account. So I went to see Kayla and she fixed it. She was amazing and explained everything and I was assured the issues were fixed.

Kayla was friendly, helpful and took great care to get my mom all set up and helpful with all questions. She was so sweet to all customers that came in during our visit.

Kayla is great! I was on an old plan and she helped me save more money. Great customer service and very nice. She makes you feel like she knows you.
