We came prepared for a long wait. But the wait was less than we thought it would be. But here's the thing. We were helped by Jonathan and he was GREAT. He took time to make sure we had *everything * we need. Highly recommend.

I give this store a 5 star! Not only are they fast and friendly but they are very understanding and always want to help how ever they can! that’s just not around specially in cellphone stores! Alan Cisneros was great setting me and my family with new lines and phones thank you so much!!! Highly recommended!!!

Kristina gave me such amazing service!! She was so empathetic and reassured me that I was in good hands after I described my previous carrier horror story. She went above and beyond to make sure my plan would be the best for my situation. So glad they have good employees like Kristina!! She made my experience so much better and I have recommended so many people to her specifically.

Best Decision I have ever made! I am new to At&t so far loving it specially with the great customer service I had with Kristina she’s seriously the best! She answered all my questions and took the time to explain to me detail by detail was really understanding I just had the best experience with her shes really the best and is super nice! Five stars for representative Hugo, he helped me navigate the clusterfrack that is AT&t's "support" he did everything he should have and I'm extremely grateful for his help. However, the higher level technicians had no clue as to fixing my problem. The simple task of converting a SIM card to an esim in a compatible phone.

Customer service was amazing! Kristina helped me upgrade my phone and she was very friendly and helpful! She was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all the questions I had regarding upgrading, billing, etc. Kristina is an exceptional representative!

Daisy Vega turned my AT&T visit into a wonderful experience.

I went to the Saviers location on Friday night and she was the only representative available during closing time. I was pleasantly surprised, however, at her ability to accommodate an influx of clients with such ease. I truly commend her for having the ability to juggle so many tasks at once and still maintain the standard of service I've come to expect from AT&T as a long time customer. After Daisy finished up with the long queue of customers, it was my turn to be helped as the last person in the store. Although it was far after closing hours, she was more than happy to take the time to discuss my plan with me thoroughly. I appreciated her thoughtfulness throughout our interaction. Daisy brought candy out for me to munch on (as I had been waiting for a long time to be helped) and sat with me until she was absolutely sure each one of my questions and concerns had been answered. No other AT&T representative has ever taken such initiative to help me find the best plan for my lifestyle/budget and for that I am so thankful.

Would recommend this location + Daisy Vega to all my friends and family.

Christina is absolutely the best !! She helped me out so much. Even when I kept asking her questions as she was trying to do her thing she was on it answering all my question at the same time. I didn’t feel like I was just there in my thoughts she was very interactive the whole time. Thank you. For sure will be going back to her when it’s time to upgrade.

Kristina provided great customer service to us. We go back to her every time. Upgraded our phones, got my mom a new line and was even able to finance a jbl speaker for 15 a month! Amazing! Thank you att saviors you guys are wonderful!

He answered questions better than the representative I spoke to on the phone.

Justin Mitchell has always been a tremendous help when ever I go to the store for any type of cellular and DirectTV assistance! Everyone at the Rose Ave store are all very helpful but I’ve only had the opportunity to deal with Justin and the assistant manager Miguel. They are both awesome but I Specially want to acknowledge Justin. Thank You Justin!

Hello this is Paul. I would like to let everyone know kristina is one the best of the best rep at at&t store at Oxnard. My experience with her was very pleasant, she was attentive, caring & met all of our needs. We left the Camarillo location because of their rudeness and came here and was well taken care of! So I went in last week to pay my bill and I mention to Stephany that my phone has been acting so she went on my account and saw I was due for an upgrade. I left the store with a new phone and accessories! I’m so happy with my purchase. I’ll be coming back again with her to get a new line for my boyfriend.

I never really post reviews. However, this was my first time getting my very own phone plan. I didn’t know anything about this process and felt very comfortable telling stephany what I was looking for and she answered all my questions and concerns. I feel like she definitely helped me get exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Stephany!

Kristina was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted me in transferring all of my information to my new phone. I would highly recommend her and this location.

I went into this store on March 25 2019 and had the pleasure to work with Jaime Raigoza, very knowledgeable young man. I had an issue with my LTE service. I personally know a lot about my iPhone X 64 GB but when it comes down to my service I can only do so much. As soon as I explained my issue to Jaime he logged into my account asked me security questions and started the whole process. He checked my phone and did a minor reboot on my service. Within 5 minutes of the reboot my phone was working perfectly fine I was able to make phone calls, receive text messages and surf the web. I wanna thank Jaime for all that he did and thank him for his outstanding customer service.

I love the customer service at this particular location,it wasn't always easy before Hugo and Axel got transferred their. I really appreciate how patience and sweet they are!!
