Excellent service. Came from out of town to take home some local craft beer & moonshine. I wish I would have ask her name (Clerk #5) was so helpful helping describe the different beers to my son on the phone to where the beer was from so he got his favorites. Thank you so much Cheers 🍺🍺🍺

The whole staff is amazing and very knowledgeable about anything, and on stand by to help. Definitely pass 2 other stores to visit the "fam" at 31W.

I am the electrical service company who works on this business. But this is a family owned company and everyone in this family is incredible. You couldn't find a a better place to shop for the spirit's. And an incredible selection...!!! Highly recommend them..!!!

I absolutely loved the customer service here. We walked in to Lance singing and being in a great mood stocking. Kelly was great with helping us. We bought a Belaire set. She switched the drinks out since we wanted a different flavor. No price change.

The staff are super friendly ! Had a great experience here, plus bought a ton of alcohol. There are tons of choices between liquors, wines, mixers, small samples, etc. Then, after our purchase, one of the two employees was kind enough to carry our items to our vehicle ! Fantastic experience here, and I definitely plan to go back soon !

The ladies are very knowledgeable and helpful. They knew exactly where everything in my large order was on the store and helped me take it all to my car. Will now be my go-to liquor store.

Very helpful. This is my sister's favorite liquor store and now I see why. They didn't have the brand of vodka-soda drinks I was looking for so he suggested the pickers brand and they were really good. The place was crazy because they were receiving 2 deliveries at the same moment I was there. But the guy working was so nice and didn't act like he was phased by having weveral customers and deliveries all happening as soon as they opened.

Great people, for a smaller place, a great selection, the only listed Nashville business to sell STBCBeer.com, and as soon as he saw me clean him out, he was already noting the restock order. Requested another kind from them, no problem. Will be back.

Always, great, it is a total VIBE! CUSTOMER service is a 10. If it were a bar, it would be like "CHEERS" on TV. A hometown experience at the liquor store.

Family owned and operated location with a great selection of various libations. You'll be greeted by one of the friendly associates or the owner and feel like part of the family after leaving. A must see operation in my opinion!

It is a medium size centrally located liquor store. It has a good selection, and the employees are friendly and available to help you. What more do you need? Peace.

Great customer service, and really good selection. If they don't have it then I'm more than willing to work with you and order it. Very friendly people run this place. Just expanded their beer selection with a new cooler, and soon to be adding a growler station.

Stopped by while out of town to get some local wine for my friend as a gift for watching my dog. The older gentleman behind the counter helped me pick two wines (I am not a wine drinker). Great customer service.
