I know they’re expensive, but the last two times I’ve been in there I was treated like gold. I had lost my oldest daughter and needed a suit for her funeral. I went in basically in tears and the salesman was the sweetest and kindest man I’d ever met in a Dillards. I wish I would have gotten his name but he helped me pick out the perfect suit and helped me even dress. Thank you to him if he ever reads this. An African (he was from Africa) man that works in the men’s suit department deserves a raise.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Dillard's with my daughter, and I must say that our experience was made truly exceptional by a remarkable young saleswoman named Aunisty. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and attentiveness were truly commendable.

From the moment we walked into the store, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine interest in helping us find what we were looking for. She took the time to understand my daughter's style preferences and offered valuable suggestions that aligned perfectly with her taste.

This girl named Reagan helped me find exactly what I needed today when I was in a pinch. She was so helpful and efficient, I was in and out just in time. She even gave me her opinions when I was trying options on, as I had no one else with me - Reagan is great!

This store has a nice selection of clothes. the staff were very nice and helpful. I found a lot of items that were on sale and the prices were very reasonable. the store was very clean and I will be going back.

I frequently stop in to Dillard's furniture department while I shop for work clothes as they always have awesome deals. As usual they didn't disappoint, the staff super helpful and friendly even though I wasn't buying. I highly recommend anyone shopping for furniture to stop in and see what they have.

My go-to store at Quail Springs. Great selection in Murano, RL and Daniel Cremieux. Of course I have my favorite staff members who are always helpful.

Purchased my daughter's prom dress there. They gave her a goodie makeup bag full of cosmetics etc with her purchase. There was a good selection of long prom dresses to choose from. The only improvement would have been more larger sizes. However, we were shopping after they had their big prom event. So, there might have been more sizes at the prom event.

Great customer service. Got tailored for a suit by a man named Brent. He was very kind and experienced. He took one look at me and pulled a suit off the rack that fit me pretty well. He was quick when taking my measurements and made sure that it was to my liking when we finished. He was extremely patient. It took less than four days to get my suit sent back to me after they finished. So if you’re looking for a suit that’s your guy. The price was also great. It cost me less than half the price of all of the other stores in the mall to get a suit and a pair of pants fitted for me. Great quality of clothes and trustworthy brands with a size for everyone. I will definitely be back when I need new clothes.

Well stocked store with much variety in clothing. I made a $200 purchase of Investments and John Mark designs due to a very helpful professional sales woman (B Pop). Very pleased.

Great department store. Quality clothes a little pricey but you get what you pay for. If your looking for something elegant and dressy this would be my choice.

Nice quick trip to Dillard's. Thankful they aren't one of the large stores that occasionally change their floor plan. I knew exactly where to go to find the purses for my wife. The salesperson was prompt in assisting me. While I didn't find exactly what I wanted, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Daisy from the MAC counter came to help me the minute I walked up to the Givenchy counter. Daisy helped me exchange an unopened product color that was very wrong for my skin color.
She was more than helpful. She’s kind and she was very knowledgeable. She helped me pick out a beautiful color of lipstick from the MAC brand. Thanks Daisy !

Most of the staff is fairly friendly. Summer service section is pretty outdated and seems to be from the stone age when it comes to technology. I had made a purchase and Then realize that the cashier had not given me the discount I went down to customer service tried to get a discount and about 45 to 50 minutes later we still have no resolution. Their system couldn't do something as simple as just refund and then turn around and create a new transaction seems a bit ridiculous considering that it is a Chain store. They ended up having to refund me completely and start a whole new transaction Even that turned out to be a big of a bug. Not really even sure why you have to go downstairs to customer service which is literally tucked away and some corner in the middle of nowhere at the store and extremely hard to locate. Just in order to get a discount code?

I was in today and I believe his name was Warren. He was absolutely amazing. He was helping out several departments and gave great customer service! Will definitely go back to see him!

Excellent customer service while shopping for a Winter coat at Quail Springs. For some reason I do not usually find clothes that fit but today was my lucky day. I am very pleased with my classic style coat fit and the attention I was given to find just the right one. Great buys on Christmas decorations and jewelry too.

I like the sales at Dillard's. The only thing that I felt was awkward was the undercover security just hanging out! The security cop standing near or at the purse counter, weird. There is no purse over $500 just hanging on a rack! If you have theft issues, create a more strategic security plan.

I've always enjoyed shopping at Dillard's. Prices are a bit high but the quality is worth it. Do have a few really good sales at the end of seasons and around holidays. Keep each section staffed with at least one sales person so it isn't hard to find assistance.
