AT&T Store

I was greeted immediately and we were in and out of the store within 30 minutes. The store was very clean and well kept. Cody was our store representative and he did a great job answering all of our questions . We even had a defective charger that we purchased. Cody was nice enough to test out the next charger and processed our exchange super easily . We enjoy doing business with you guys at this location. Keep up the great work! You are appreciated!

Garrett was fabulous so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He answered every question gave us more than enough information to make the best decisions regarding our account! The best agent we have ever worked with. AT&T he needs a raise a true asset to your business. We were switching to Verizon when we entered BUT Garrett is the reason we are staying with AT&T.

The store employee Justin, was incredibly helpful and professional. He made me and my kids feel welcome. He was very knowledgeable and savvy with his knowledge of the system and processes. If I didn't know better it was his store. He was basically running my services and also the only employee entering others that were walking in.

Let me start off by addressing the fact that Justin was the biggest and greatest help for me and my family here at AT&T. I came in with my grandma and my husband for 2 separate issues on both of their phone plans plus I needed to upgrade my phone for the first time in MANY years. Justin ended up spending well over 2 hours helping us out for some pretty big complicated phone plan issues. And he helped me decide on my phone, leaving android to go back to iPhone.
As customers it’s always daunting to go into a store and figure out what the issue is and how it can be solved but Justin made the process incredibly pain free and took the time to explain what was happening. I 100% recommend going to this location here at stone oak and I know I will return if I need help.

I had an Absolutely Wonderful experience at this store with Justin! He was kind, extremely patient, and very knowledgeable. He helped through the issues I was having with my account and made it the best experience. I’m leaving very happy and Very impressed with his service. Go see Justin for all of you cellular needed.

Leslie was extremely professional and knowledgeable about ATT and its products. She is the best customer representative we have worked with. She was able to answer questions we had and even helped us. She is awesome!

Such a pleasant experience. Garrett and Evan were a big help. Besides being friendly the two of them were very helpful and informative. My fiancé and I were in need of new service and the move was very easy with the help of these two gentlemen. Now we have home internet and two lines with ATT, making it very convenient to pay, and even cost effective.

Great service. I went into the store to pay off a phone and inqurire about military suspension. Was greeting very politely and referred to the manager who has enough knowledge on the subject and provided the advice I was seeking on how the suspension works. Recommend this store for your needs, if they don't know they at least try to find out the answer for you.

Cody, the store manger, helped me. He was so kind in helping me review my phone bill details. He was able to combine bills for me and was very patient and attentive. Cody is a huge asset to AT&T with his customer service and willingness to go above and beyond.

Liz Wilson was fantastic. On Sunday March 5, we took my son's and daughter's phones for upgrades with a trade in. Liz was polite, smart, and knowledgeable. We were attended quickly, and all the upgrades took place flawlessly. One phone had to be ordered, since it was not in stock at the shop, but it arrived at my house in 2 business days. We went to see Liz again on Sunday March 12 and she was just as fantastic. This time we took the old phones so they could be traded in. She explained to us that the trade-in statement is misleading, and people think that their phones are worth $35 (you need to read the small print in the footnote area of the trade in receipt to see the actual value of your trade in). On the previous week, my daughter had taken her new phone to another store on 1604 and a Blanco to activate it, and they told her that her old phone as worth $35, (LOL). So that shows you how knowledgeable Liz is. Thank you, Liz, from the 3 of us!!! Cody, thank you for suggesting I write up a Google review. Cheers!

Me and my husband were helped by Garret on Saturday.. He was amazing! Very knowledgeable on technology, we wanted to see options for a phone for our son and we were convinced to get a phone for him after our conversation with him. Great customer service and skills!
