I find that the pharmacy prices and service are fantastic. HEB does a great job in the pharmacy by having friendly people and better overall availability of hard-to-get meds. Bravo!

Love Kroger. They changed the arrangement inside but will get used to it. Loved the map with a guide to where everything was move to!

I normally shop at the Kroger at University/380. The experience here at the Little Elm Kroger was a whole different experience. I walked in and asked where they keep the shopping carts. The manager came from behind the service desk, explained they were setting up for valentines and went outside and got me a cart. So genuinely nice and helpful. Got to check out and had some coupons that the self checkout attendant helped me with all of them. I told her she was nice and helpful and she smiled sweetly and said , that’s my job. I saw both of them speaking as I was leaving and told them what an absolute pleasant experience they both had made. I’m so used to a dirty, rude, and the horrible produce at the 380 store I walked out feeling relaxed and happy. As I write this review exactly one week later, to prove the freshness of their produce is a photo of perfectly fresh blackberries 1 week later. It is hard to find a carton at the 380 store that doesn’t have a moldy one at the time of purchase. Thank you for making me love Kroger again!

When I tell you I bargain for the sales. I mean it. This store is never a let down.

I went in to take a look around to see if they had anything of interest. Everything was quite clean and organized. I didn't buy anything this time, but there were definitely a few good deals I would have gotten if I could. In my opinion, the donuts are a good deal since they're 99 cents each.

I had food catered by Little Elm Kroger's for my mother's 70th Birthday...weekend of 8/28. I made the request online and about 2 weeks before her party, I went in-store to make a few changes. I had never had any food catered by them but when I picked up the items on 8/28, everything, look so good and it me picking up was very organized. The good was GREAT! I had about 30 guests and they all said the food was VERY good! I would agree! I ordered the 3 platters of warm wings (bone in), 3 platters of croissant sandwiches, and 2 pinwheel platters (one was veggie). It was more than enough food. Thanks for helping with making my mom's party a huge success! Be Blessed!

Brittany is amazing! We were looking for gingerbread houses and they appeared to be completely sold out. Brittany looked for them for us with no luck. We continued our shopping trip and moved on. Then several minutes later, she came up to us with a gingerbread house in her hands. She had found one and had been looking for us to see if she could get it to us while we were still there. It was amazing customer service and such a heartwarming thing to happen at Christmas time. Thank you, Brittany!

Don't know where the complaints about customer service came from but whatever. 🤷🏻‍♀ I always felt welcomed, the workers are friendly and they are ALWAYS on top of it at checkout and self checkout. I am so sad I am moving relatively far so I'll have to stop coming to this one... :( I hope the one by my new house is just as friendly!

Kroger marketplace Little elm is a good store to get everything you need

If I go during the work day I love it here. I can always find great deals along with other goodies I probably don’t need. When I go after work it gets very busy, as do most stores, but I can still get in and out rather quickly. The staff if nice. One lady in particular works getting together pick up items and in the midst finds time to point me in the right direction for something. I love that she knows what aisle number things are on! It’s helps us both rather quickly. I’m so glad I found this location.

I do wonder what other Kroger thing they’re building on the corner.

I most often utilize the Click-it option provided at this store. I have never been disappointed. This morning was no exception. In spite of these difficult times, I was greeted by cheerful young man who took the time to smile and chat as he carefully placed my items in my car.

Very friendly employees, well kept store. Easy to find help from staff. Excellent check out speed, plenty of open lines and self checkout stations. The grab and go deli products are very handy, along with the sushi setup.

This Kroger order pick up is awesome. Hell of a lot better than Walmart for sure. And every time my wife orders from here the staff that we deal with is top notch. Never any hassle from them and they are very polite and they just dealt with our very large thanksgiving order to lol. And one more thing... there sushi is bangin. Love getting sushi from here.

Please do not allow companies to solicit business in your stores. Nobody wants to be asked about their internet service while grocery shopping.
