McDonald's

This is an excellently run franchise. I don't know who the franchisees are, but they've done a fantastic job- hiring and training. Spotless, not sticky, never chaotic and great customer service. I could give 5 stars based purely on the ice cream machine being in operation, but the way it's run is fantastic.

Johnathan was great today.... did more than he had to to make sure my order was good. Better service than I received at other places in Littke Elm today. Thanks to Johnathan!

Great Customer service experience. Clean dining area. Clean kitchen area. Staff well trained. Decent prices. Great to bring self, children and/or groups. Friendly and professional staff experience. Fast service. Delicious and hot fries. I will recommend this location to others. I will Definitely Return for additional meals.

Went back today, and still GREAT Food and Service for McDonald's! From the management to employees, all are helpful and hard working. I normally give McDonald's a 3 or 4 star. This location earned this 5 star.

Everything was Good, but my Sweet Ice Tea was not sweet but they took care of it and Refresh the Sweet Ice Tea for 7 minutes and Refilled all 3 of them, and I was Pleased with them!!

I am not a huge fan of McDonalds, I decided to stop in to grab breakfast walking inside. I am so glad I did! Ms Pat was the cashier.. everyone should start their morning with Ms Pat. Pat not only provided exceptional service.. she brings humor and kindness. Pat is what every employer should strive for in their employees! Ms Pat makes you want to get your day started.. make Ms Pat employee of the month!! Highly recommend !!

Everything was clean, from the restroom to the tables and seats. The food was pretty good and affordable for the price. For breakfast, I recommend getting the McGriddle or the Big Breakfast. The food was given correctly almost every time, except for a few times where they forgot a burger or some chicken McNuggets in the 20-piece Chicken McNuggets meal. The staff were great, courteous, and professional, and they fixed any issues in a timely manner.

Their good on the weekends cause the manager and owner work together as a team, service is great and their always quick to serve me. Weekdays the breakfast Is fresh and cooked perfect. Love their fast service at lunch time too.

Michael was awesome helping me out with my mobile order! I always feel guilty coming by super late at night but Michael was super kind and helpful! Much better than previous management. A+ McDonald’s

I left a bad review a couple of years ago due to poor service. And now the service has gotten much better so I have edited by review. That’s only fair. This location is much improved and I go there often without issues.

The new self pay machines are nice but nothing quite replaces the smile on the cashiers faces. Very polite staff. I asked for ketchup. They gave me enough Ketchup packets to last through 7 winters!

I will start by saying that the reason for writing this review started with a messed up order. I was pretty upset for the long wait, AND did not get all the food I paid for.

However, Nicole and the rest of the staff was very helpful in fixing my order and going above and beyond to make up the trouble for me.

This location can be very busy! Know that before you go. The managers are phenomenal though.

Food was fresh and the line was not very long. I have not been to McDonald's in years, but my son wanted french fries and they happened to be local and open. The drive thru worker was very nice and courteous. I'd go back to this location.

This place was hopping!! The lady behind the counter was moving and hopping! She had that counter running like a fine oiled machine. The food was fresh and delicious.

Very nice McDonald's. Staff are extremely nice and friendly, compared to other locations. Tammy and Jacob S. are among their exceptional customer service.
***Playground here is really cold so bring jackets for the kiddos

I always order in the app and do curbside, because it is way faster than the drive thru line! My order is almost always correct, too.

I love mcdonalds chicken nuggets so much and the fries to also I love the playground

JB was absolutely awesome! He made sure I received everything I asked for with a car full of kids after a basketball game. It’s the little things that matter and I’m very appreciative of great customer service!

Geranimo was my drive thru attendant and he had the best attitude even though they were really busy. He took time to talk to me and reassure abt my food since they were busy. It’s people like this that make a persons day.
