Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Love the festive decorations. The staff is always friendly. We love the bag of burgers, chicken strips, and ice cream. We have yet to have a bad experience or food there. Only thing that sucked was their frozen yogurt machine was down but got the old fashion banana split. Never disappointed with that.

164th and Penn braums has fast service and has only not gotten my order right twice in 13 years. Very consistent, good customer service. Fresh food. By far my favorite braums.

The thing I miss most about living in AZ is it's so far from Braum's. Was in town for 3 days and came here 5 times. I love Braum's

I love dining in. The staff is great! I especially favor the Jodie Foster-looking short haired lady. She is super fast and really nice.

There is also the the tall lady who just turned 24. She talks to me every time I am there and she is really upbeat and fast.

NEVER had a bad experience at a Braum's...ever.

We visited your drive-through after having a HORRIBLE experience at a Freddy's Frozen Custard on Penn Ave. Waited over a half-hour in a grimy restaurant with terrible service for a simple order of chicken strips and fries. Never arrived. We got a full refund and left. Came to this Braum's location, ordered the same thing and received it from cheerful employees well-within 2 minutes. Piping-hot chicken and fries and complimentary Braum's Sauce! Thank you, Braum's. Freddy's lost our $$ and we brought it to Braum's, just as we should have done from the beginning.

Went through drive through. To pick up ice cream cone. Really nice and great sense of humor.

Great location for food and groceries! Love being able to get not only dairy & bread but also fresh produce and meat.

Great service, delicious burgers, fries, and ice cream. My family lives close to this location and goes there regularly and they never disappoint. Great management!

Probably my NEW favorite Ice Cream places! I love they are everywhere in OK. Wish they had them in Florida. Could have been a little better first time experience. Walk them to the counter and saw the flavors and asked if I could buy a half gallon of flavor they just said no this is the biggest size you can buy. It would have been a big help if they would have just said all the half gallons are over there in the freezer. Need to work on their customer service interactions, don't be such a robot and have an active listening conversation. But once I got past my first interaction and found all the half gallon containers in the freezer, it was heaven on earth... Everyday for the next 4 days I had to keep going back 😁

I got an Eggnog shake and my daughter ordered a burger and fries. Everything came out correctly and my daughter said her food tasted good. The service was great and the restaurant was very clean. Outstanding!!

I love their deals on frozen yogurt. The portions are satisfying and the price is very friendly! The shift manager rang us up incorrectly though (charged us for 5 ice cream scoops instead of frozen yogurt) which was disappointing. we didn't notice until we had already left the store.

I absolutely loved the fact that I got a burger that burned my mouth! It's the first time in months I've had a hot burger from a Braum's! It's just sad that I had to eat all the way in Edmond to get that when I live in El Reno! They didn't get my order completely right, but I forgave them when my burger was so good!

There's always a little nugget hidden with their shelves! Love their selections. Better than a convenience store, less than a grocery, but still can find something cool for a quick dinner, unannounced guests, or a surprise party! Best eggnog ever. More than ice cream and better quality stuff than most groceries. Reminds me of a country store.

This is one of their more clean locations and we generally have a pleasant experience with each transaction we make here. It's not our closest Braum's location to our house, but we will stop here in when we are in the area, which we are often.

What can I say , it’s a braum cheeseburger with crinkle fries, what can get better. This store has great guest service and a very fast drive thru.

I only buy milk from braums ad this location is always beat for a fast in and out. Also my kids love to get a fast ice cream cone from here with their amazing flavor collection. My daughter loves the cookie and cream flavor.
