I am giving this location 5 stars only to Rachel (the pharmacy manager/pharmacist). She went above and beyond for me in regards to my medication (which is on nationwide shortage at the moment). I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, compassion and your assistance throughout this whole nightmare of a process. The pharmacy techs need to learn from her in how to handle patients and how to assist them in finding other Walgreens that have their medications in stock rather than just saying "it's out of stock and they're unable to find you a location with the medicine in stock". That is just pure laziness in your job. I work in Healthcare as well so this is shocking to me hear basically "that is not my job" from the pharmacy techs when that is YOUR job.

Good service at the drive thru pharmacy the lady working was prompt and professional got my order ready in less than a couple minutes🙏

I pick up my prescriptions here. Overall very low wait <10 min each time. The store seems very clean. There are lot of pharmacy staff in the back who are always hard working. I hope they get some chairs! I definitely don't see any. Appreciate their hard work.

My hometown store Walgreens is from Chicago,and I always know where everything is because the stores are pretty much laid out in the same general format. Great selections and value. Plus, their own branded item's with same ingredients for a better deal. Always a sale going on and points earned and used!!

The customer service at the Pharmacy is awesome! Since, the day, the Pharmacist Mr. Faheem (if I remember the name correctly) started working here, this has become the best pharmacy in Sugar Land. He is such a nice and decent guy!
