AT&T Store

I used to hate having to go to the phone store cuz you always had to wait. But at this location on may the employees are really good at getting your issues taken care of in a timely manner.

My only phone died unexpectedly yesterday morning. Beverly, at the AT&T Store, not only resolved my issue competently, but was professional, kind and very customer-oriented. It was an amazing experience. Hands down ... best service imaginable. In fact, am adding another line to my service as a backup (my idea ... not a sales gimmick). Very happy!

Veronica fixed problems created at another ATT store then very efficiently completed the account change and iPhone service we wanted. This store is a bit farther but the only ATT store for us. Veronica needs to be acknowledged for outstanding assistance!

Cole at the AT&T store at North May Avenue and 52 street is a great representative. He is smart and efficient.

We have been to this store twice, once to start service, another to amend issues with said service both times within the same week. Both times we were helped by the same sales associate, Xavier. Xavier went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we were not charged for service issues that were completely out of our control. Although we haven’t had our service issues solved yet, that’s completely out of the hands of the retail store and Xavier went out of his way for us.

The store manager, Beauty, went above and beyond for my wife and I today. She helped resolve a billing discrepancy that corporate couldn’t help me with. She even went through the trouble to sort it out with corporate instead of putting the burden on me to call back with the information she was so helpful to find. We’ve been to countless ATT locations in OKC and Edmond, and service hasn’t been close to this location. Beauty truly cares about her customers and it’s shown over and over again. 5 stars!

At&t customer care would not help me with getting a copy of my device installment plan payoff. I called and talked to Sherita. She said that if I stopped by the store, she would help me out with this issue. I stopped by the store. She was so very helpful. Understood my problem and preceded to print off everything I needed. Fantastic Job Sherita. You deserve a raise!!!!!!

Went to buy a new screen protector and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a lovely sales person with a HUGE smile named Jevon! She was so nice and very helpful! Her customer service was on point and she was very fast with installing my screen protector! I highly recommend this location for your phone needs! 👏👏👏👏

Cole was great! He went above and beyond to assist me and in fact I came back 2 other times for more assistance and he helped me all three times. He's very knowledgeable about the products and helped me choose a phone best for my needs. I will definitely be back in the future. Cole is the BEST!

Stopped by this location today to get help with accessories for our new phones. Beverly and Kate were both so helpful and patient as I had so many questions. Both ladies took their time with me even though other customers were waiting. Such a positive experience! I’ll definitely be back!

I came to the May & NW Expressway location to switch my phone off of the corporate account for my old job to a personal account. Kate was super helpful getting it switched over. She also helped me upgrade my iPhone 12 mini to the iPhone 14 Pro! She was really nice and professional and made everything easy for me. I highly recommend this location.

Great service all around. Staff was very helpful and ready to greet me at front door. The Assistant store manager Kate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find the best plan for my family and made upgrading my phones very easy. After having some not so great experiences with ATT in past, this was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this particular location when needing to go to ATT Store.
