Walgreens

They work so hard even while being short staffed. Sometimes I see only 1 pharmacist and 1 tech, with a line of 10+ people. Give these people some help! I see some employees running around trying to be fast at helping patients & they shouldn't have to do that so Walgreens needs to hire more help! Everyone there is so helpful & nice, try to go above & beyond even though they are extremely busy. Once a tech called the insurance company for me & I felt bad for taking 15 mins of their time. Pharmacist are great at consulting me on new meds & my concerns. I don't want to fill my prescriptions anywhere else!

I love my local Walgreens the cashiers are nice and the atmosphere is laid back and fyi Walgreens always has some off the wall items that you wouldn't think Walgreens would have so I always go in wondering what I will find. I found my first 4x4x4 Rubik's cube at a Walgreens and no other store around had any...

I see that a lot of people have had bad experiences at this location, it was the closest location to my house so I went anyway. I loved the staff, I was greeted when I came in and helped with photos right away. Shout out to Donald for being so awesome and helpful. You truly deserve a promotion. Not sure who the manager at the location is but maybe if they made Donald the manager things would improve overall.

There was some kind of glitch in the processing of my elderly mother’s prescription. After dealing with someone unpleasant over the phone during the day, I went to the store in the evening. The situation still hadn’t been resolved. Christine was helpful, pleasant, and didn’t stop working to fix the situation. Excellent customer service from her helped turn a rather unpleasant day and experience around. That is some of the best customer service I have received. Thanks Christine!!!

I left 122nd/ May pharmacy because the lines were long and took forever to get my meds. Well I'm here to tell you this place isn't any better I've been sitting in my car for 20 minutes now. This job is not hard I don't understand the hold up it's ridiculous 😡

Best Walgreens in OKC, with great customer service! Many of this stores employees have been there for years, so you see the same friendly faces, each time that you go in. This makes it feel like a small town pharmacy, where the pharmacy employees feel like family and friends!

I bought 12 pk Coke w/my Walmart # discount. It was a very good price.

My go-to Walgreens. Great store. Staff always nice. Helpful. Store is clean, cool, and secure. A bit overpriced but hey, it's Walgreens. Open 24/7 love that. Atm. Redbox. Cold drinks. Milk. Good candy selection.
