Customer support was on point. The store was clean, employees were aware of customer presence, products were easy to find and gain info on. A con us the curb side delivery is often confusing with multiple locations and bugs out so e times when flagging that your ready.

Just went in Window Shop that day that I went in there looking for a 75 inch 4K LED Samsung Smart TV truly there is a great quality of Selections in there from Samsung to Sony to LG and many more I tell you technology has evolved immensely down through the years it's amazing what we are doing with technology in general

The gentleman @ the Best Buy Geek Squad put my computer in for me to be tuned up & check out for computer viruses & let me know if I'd need to update the inner hard drive until I'd can save up money for a brand new update computer system with a more advanced technology system. Which the gentleman said it will take a couple days & I'd that's fine because I'd rather have everything done the right way & not to rush even with there other customers.

As You enter you are greeted. I was Seeking the Note 20 Ultra 512bg, with expandable SD card, & it was a ease, because as we were starting to look, a young brown lady approached us, by introducing herself, then asked if she could be of service, and stated, she didn't want to stand over us and when we were to ask questions, or need anything she was there to help and if she didn't have the answer she would find someone that could father assist us. Her politeness won me over. Because I really dislike pushy salesman standing over me like roaring lion.
Best Buy had real display cellphones out, that were no Dummy Phones, we could play with them to get a feel for what we were seeking. The young brown Woman, answered all our questions, but we end up buying from Amazon being the phone I wanted wasn't in stock.
As we approach the cameras another awesome associate approach us, a handsome younger man asked to help, I told him what I was seeking, what I needed it for. He explained the best camera for .y needs, after looking at the cost of the middle price range cameras😬 $899.00 were out of stock, so the young man suggested that I go over to Bedford Cameras. This is going above and beyond, because most salesman think $$$$ over Great Customer Service. I Love to give Kudos, but I waited too long to give feedback & forgot their names. Want to give thanks to a young man there named Nathaniel. He works Geek Squad Customer service. He went above and beyond to help both my wife and I on two separate occasions. His Customer service was fantastic.

Everyone is helpful without being overbearing. My died outside this store before and one of their employees ran out and helped me get my car running again and I'll never forget that

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when my husband was looking to buy a gaming monitor. They helped us pick out the perfect one. The store is super clean and everyone was so helpful

Store manager Jason has went above and beyond, addressing a reoccurring issue with a refrigerator I have purchased. Manager Jason made multiple calls, and after speaking to a phenomenal delivery associate by the name of Clark (possibly spelled Klark), I will be receiving another unit. It's been MULTIPLE attempts to get a unit that isn't damaged. Yet, this has NOTHING to do with Best Buy. The distribution center of this particular unit has some shipping issues to say the least. In the mean time Klark has been on every delivery attempt, with punctuality and professionalism rarely seen today. And Manager Jason made me realize how many Supervisors/Managers that I deal with who are lacking in the area of customer service. Hoping this unit is in proper condition, but at least I'll be dealing with professionals !

Phenomenal people. I had trouble understanding the website and stuff. When I came to customer service about 2 pm I spoke with two different customer service reps who provided great help with some really good energy. Had to leave a review to praise/thank them!!

great customer service, i had bought a quest 3 from this place and after a few days i noticed a dead pixel in my headset. so i returned it and i got it replaced within minutes.

Have had some nice experiences here, lady here explained the different tvs and some other stuff in the electronics department. I then bought a tv and some other stuff on Black Friday deals, then went and picked it up.

Got a Xbox series X as well as a protection plan. One of the customer service representatives helped me pick out the right protection plan for me and was very kind and was just in general a joy to be around

Just a in and out to get the Ps3 slim spiderman 2, but it was a good experience while there

I've purchased my last couple of phones and watches here and now just bought a washer that Costco bungled and Lowes flat out dropped the order the day of delivery.
