Extremely friendly and helpful! I'm not a pro nor usual shopper here, so it can be overwhelming picking something, but the team eased my troubled mind!

I had to go Christmas shopping for almost 30 people (TeamEducator), and the team literally helped me pick, sniff, and check out! They were extremely attentive the entire time.

Incredibly friendly staff, scents that will fill your nose with wonder, and a fantastic supply and plentiful amount of choices. This was a fantastic standalone location for Bath and Body Works and will not disappoint if you are looking for anything that you’re wanting to smell delightful.

I got drug there by my family. They were looking for some sweet deals and I think they found them. I was holding the basket while they filled it with stuff. I don't even know which smells I was smelling because everything smelled. Go here if you want to smell like something.

I have recently discovered this store being only 8 minutes away from my job. Since I always get off late and tend to miss sales, this location was perfect. It's situated nicely in an upscale quiet area. Parking is fantastic. The store is well put together and the staff here are exceptional and dedicated to the customer. I have a blast with each and every one of them on every occasion I have entered here. I love the layout and the variety of products. The staff here are well versed in the types of scents that are the most popular and are quite suggestive on ones you might have missed. I love you guys keep up the great work.

I’ve been to more Bath & Body Works stores than I’d embarrassingly admit to (yes, I am an admitted addict), however this store extraordinarily provides the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Bath & Body Works storefront location. The store staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I went into the store today, and a team member Cassandra showed me new products, made recommendations based on the scents that I like, and informed me of store sales. Cassandra was super helpful and was so kind to ensure I left the store with a great experience and 100% happy with my purchases. I had an issue with a previous item that I purchased, and Cassandra and Toby were more than accommodating and helpful to resolve the product issue and provide me a replacement. I am not sure who in this store trains the sales floor associates, but they are doing an incredible job. I appreciate the effort they have made training, and it is truly and easily apparent to me as the customer, how your focus is on the happiness and satisfaction of the customer. Along with the exceptional customer service, the store is fairly new, less than 2 years old, and it is nicely displayed, spacious, and during the pandemic, ever more importantly now, it is immaculate and clean. It is a great shopping experience to come to this store, and I look forward to it every time. Thank you again Cassandra for your help today, Toby as well, and all of the other sales associates that spoke to me today. I’ll keep coming back to this location for the people themselves alone, okay, and the great products too. #Addicted :)

There is a reason why this location has such a high rating; the staff each and every single one of them I have ever spoken to over the phone or encountered in the store is truly incredible. Out of all the bath and body works in the Houston area that I have ever visited over several years, the staff at this location stands out by far. Keep up the amazing energy and hospitality guys, and I truly hope the customers treat all of you guys well too because I never want to see anything in this store or staff change. I truly adore this location and staff so so much <3

I very much enjoy coming here...i just wish they would send me coupons..i enjoy the vip membership app lol me and my daughter spend so much money here its crazy ...free samples would be nice.. overall great place to shop.🌹💗🙂
