PANCHO'S LIQUORTOWN

Pancho's always manages to at least have all my favorite brands of crafts beers, which I appreciate tremendously. I'm hoping they get a bigger variety of beers in the future but for now I'll settle with what they have. It's less than 3 min from my house so it's convenient.

Pleasantly surprised by the selection here and prices seemed pretty good. They had a few bourbons that I usually don't see in stores. Nothing special, just a few randoms.

Panchos has been my go-to liquor store for a long time. I know I can count on them. They always have a great selection, great prices, and knowledgeable staff. If there's something they don't have that day, they order it. If you've got a special occasion, you'll definitely find what you want.

They have a good variety of liquor & things to make drinks. Friendly. There is always someone to help, even if they notice you're looking for something. Always Friendly, greet you with a smile & excellent service.

The lady owner and cashier were pretty cool. Suggested a new wine to try. And the cashier even told us to come back on Thursdays. They give ladies discounts.

the customer service there was a 10 and the friendliness clean and very very helpful. They replied back with very detailed replies and did it very quickly. They answered every question I had and even messaged a day after to let me know when a new shipment of what I was looking for would arrive. And even messaged to let me know that the company of the product I was inquiring about had sold out to another comany gave me the new companys name and was even nice enough to let me know that the new company would no longer be making the product I was looking for but they had a few left in stock at the store. Now they went above and beyond then any other company I have ever come in contact with. And they were aware of what customer I was with out even having to say anything I give Panchos Liquor 10 starts and highly recommend them there customer service is the best I have ever seen in the metro or anywhere else. They are awesome

Best place to go for all your adult beverage needs! Great people who are very knowledgeable and so willing to help you. From inside the store, on the phone, carry out and love the curbside! So quick and easy! I call in my order, drive up and within minutes they've put my order in the back, processed my credit card, and I'm on my way home! Love you guys. Keep up the great work!!

Super easy to do curbside...I called ,they got my order ,came out and got my payment, and a few seconds later they brought my order and change. The whole trip took about 8 min from the time I called till I was leaving..and the guy that helped me was super nice and polite .

Let's talk about Pancho's. They've been around forever. My parents told me they went there when they were kids. Every single time I've gone, I've always had staff ask me if they can help me find something. I think one trip I didn't even have to carry anything. The point is that they are very knowledgeable about the products in their store. The selection is thorough with each aisle very clean and well kept. I used to be a bartender so I go here at least once a month to get some supplies for a new drink and force it upon my friends.

I have been a customer of Pancho's for decades. Hands down one of the best places in OKC to find the beers or spirits you are looking for. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when I was looking for something special. If you don't see what you are looking for, ask. If they can't get it for you, no one can!

I would still come here if it were further away and other liquor stores were closer. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can know next to nothing about beer and just tell them what you like in a beer. They'll give you three or four options, and each one will be great. These people know their stuff.

Getting here is so much easier since the construction is done. Beautiful store and the owners are adored by all I know!
