Has always been my favorite grocery store. Prices are a bit higher but I appreciate them having a butcher who will take orders on cuts of meat you want during certain times. I also loved that they will walk your groceries out to your car for you. I didn’t see the security guard last time I went but used to feel very safe shopping there. My favorite part though is how you don’t unload the groceries, you hand them your cart and walk to the customers side of the check out area while they ring everything up.

This is a great home town shopping experience. The staff are very friendly and they have actual cashiers! Great prices and quality meat and produce.

I've always had a good experience here. I see one person gave it 1 star because they said it was unclean and they got food poisoning. I've never had any issues with this, and the store has always been clean when I've been there. Older yes, but clean, unlike competition down the street (Whittakers is nasty), the employees have always been friendly and willing to help, they have a great meat department that has good sales, and overall prices aren't the cheapest but aren't as expensive as other grocery stores (like Homeland). I also love that the store isn't gigantic so it's actually easier to get my shopping done and less anxiety provoking.

This store has many older brands in stock and is set up like most stores were in the 1950-1980's. True grocery store, with an onsite butcher. This is fun to bring older people to, because it makes perfect sense to them. I often buy stuff for other people and wish it was closer to where I live these days.
This model of a store would work great in a dementia program. Easy access, in and out in a jiffy. I hope people keep going here. This anchor store is family owned and operated and is always an asset. Great staff. Good deals.

Great local grocer. Perfect for some light shopping. Prices aren't as low as Sam's but who needs a 55-gallon drum of peanut butter anyway. I'll pay a few pennies more for the regular jar if it keeps me from having to bob and weave through a sea of mindless shoppers anyway!

I like this store .. has some things I like that you can't find elsewhere all the time. I will admit its not my go to store but when I dont want to be in the big stores or deal with alot of people. Its also really close and has nice staff members. Sure its a little more expensive on some things but hey its family owned small independent grocery store. I expect it to be a little higher sometimes

Lived in the neighborhood for 30 years this place is coming the clutch so many times it even survived the pandemic eley's will go on even after were all gone it's the twinkie of stores

I have been shopping at Eley's at least once a week for almost 20 years. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They will carry your purchases to your car. Lisa is awesome and always has a smile. The store managers are always available and willing to help if needed. The selection of products is competitive with the big box stores. There are some items that I find at Eley's and nowhere else. The meat and produce departments have fresh and good selections. Fast and easy check out. Love this store!

In my wheelchair, I entered Eleys Foods several mornings ago. Within seconds I was greeted by one of the cashiers who asked if she could help me. Although I've been there before I was not very familiar with the store and asked her if she could tell me where to find the soft drinks. Well she took me directly to the soft drinks and by that time I realized there were several other things I needed to get and had not grabbed a basket when I came in just a few minutes before. So I went back to the front and she asked if she could help me again. I told her that I was just getting a grocery basket (you would not believe how difficult baskets are to push and steer around in a store. I was thinking to myself it's very thought went from behind me I heard the same cashier's voice again trying to get my attention. I turned and she had a smaller basket made mostly from plastic that was, I immediately thought, the perfect shopping basket for someone who has a handicap. I was out of the store a few minutes later but I must comment that each time I have been in this grocery store I've always been welcomed by a member if not several members of staff with a greeting and a smile and an offer to help. Please don't assume they're doing this for me because I'm in a wheelchair, as that is simply not true. I have seen them do the same thing with just about every customer that comes to the door. Friendliness and sincerity goes a long way in my book (just as it's probably should have everybody else's) and if you're looking for that in a small Hometown grocery store, then I believe Eley's Foods, located at Northwest 30th and North May, is the exact place you're looking for. Not to mention, I just stopped at Walmart the previous day and noticed that a lot of Eley's Foods prices were a lot cheaper than those of the items I bought at Walmart. One particular item, the EZ Off oven spray, was a couple of dollars cheaper! I would recommend this grocery store to anyone because of their cleanest establishment low prices and friendliness and sincerity of the staff.
And last? I would really like to see the manager of the store give the gray headed mature lady who works there - who help me by taking me to every item that I decided I needed to purchase and take home - a big fat well-deserved raise for making my shopping experience at this store so much easier, quicker, and pleasant!!!

Been shopping here since I was born. One of the last privately owned, family operated, grocers around. They always have reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff, and a clean and simple to navigate store.

First and foremost I'd like to say that I enjoyed the atmosphere and the energy in the place. Very casual, we shopped what we wanted and found a few new things for our household and got out fast and easy. Friendly staff as well. Definitely would recommend for people against the bigger stores.

Eley's is a family run grocery store. My wife and I have been buying groceries there for 42 years. I recommend Eley's to those folks that like quite, traditional shopping of their personal needs. Peter

This grocery store is 100% the best! Keeps me from having to go to Walmart or target! Never way to busy. Always stocked up and great produce and such. Give this place a try. Love it. And the guy that runs this place will make sure you have everything you need. If it’s not in stock he will make sure it gets ordered pronto and on the shelves for you next visit. Great grocery store with great prices too.

Love. This. Store. I’m in and out quickly every time. The staff is friendly and helpful (especially Bev). The store is clean and well stocked. Well lit parking lot and they have on site security. I love that this is locally owned and operated because I know my money stays in Oklahoma. This is the perfect neighborhood grocery store!!

The Manager was exceptional and even showed my son where the Bologna and chicken was.... UPDATE... Whoever ordered the Caffeine free coke, Would you please give yourself a big pay on the back. Been trying several stores for 1-2 years. I have heart disease and high blood pressure. Tried caffeine free DIET but it taste like rap ..thank you for making my year.

A little expensive on Red Diamond Tea, you can buy it less than $ 3.OO/ gallon at other stores, it's about $5 dollars at Eley's...clean friendly staff, and very organized.... Pleasant environment to shop in....

Very friendly staff.Reasonably-priced grocery store. Excellent sales. Beautiful tomatoes and often but good sales on nice potatoes. They have great sales on produce and other products. Their meat is beautiful and they have organic chicken which is excellent very good choices. I recommend that you walk around the whole store. That's the best way to get the view.
