pharmacy staff was extremely helpful as they always are even though they're swamped. I'm not really sure why this specific walgreens gets such a low rating . They've always been very nice and accommodating..

Great experience with their Photo Department! Even accommodating me with trimming my photo poster down exactly to fit a tight no border picture frame! Pictured is a Dahle 554 Professional Rotary Trimmer with 28" Cut Length priced at $250!

It was late, they were almost closed. My employees would be exhausted at store close, however I had one of the best genuine customer service experiences I have ever had!

All Pharmacies are busy, if you want a good experience and fast service, use their online pharmacy site. All your prescriptions are visible with pictures and the items are waiting for you when you arrive.

Car broke down on Super Bowl Sunday when it was super cold, they let me stay inside until my ride from the Southwest suburbs and tow truck came. I appreciate that very much!

Been going here on occasion for things past 5 years and thankfully always a good experience for basic things whether picking up/printing pictures, picking up refills, or just shopping in store.

Always in here to pick up prescriptions but also clip their coupons online and take advantage of items towards Balance Rewards. Can always find something in the clearance section and it's wonderful to be able to use balance rewards points in place of cash every once in awhile. Would have given five stars but you know, it's Walgreens, and some items are very expensive compared to what I can pay for them at Walmart

Yes there’s often a line for the pharmacy, they seem understaffed. Everyone helping me has been attentive and informative. They even offered advice for finding a new GP as I’m new to the area. I hear these guys handle a lot of difficult people... I’d rate the customers poorly here, not the staff.

Walgreens is always clean and staff is very friendly and helpful, they are a little pricey on certain things but you can find some great deals.

Bought covid tests here. Ended up testing positive so only 4 stars.
