This is a shout out to Megan, my mom fell in the parking lot today. Megan was SO sweet from calling me and letting me know what was going on. Mom said Megan held her hand and was so sweet. 5 stars to you, Megan.

I RAN HOME TO GIVE MY REVIEW!!!! At 6:12pm today June 2, 2023, I got a 10 ct of Choc Choc Chip Soft Cookies and 8 piece Fried Chicken from the Kroger’s Deli in Bridgeport, Mi for Dinner both for the first time. TRIPLE SHOUTOUT FOR THE STAFF THAT IS WORKING RIGHT NOW!!! The Chicken WAS COOKED ABSOLUTELY PERFECT (I had eaten 2 Pieces BEFORE I left Kroger’s Parking Lot 😋🤦🏽‍♀😂)!! VERY CRISPY, SEASONED AND WAS NOT GREASY AT ALL AND WITH CRISPIEST CRUNCHIES (I know that’s not a Word lol) AND THE BEST DOUBLE CHOCOLATE SOFT COOKIES I HAD IN A LONG TIME!!!! I WANT THAT STAFF WHO’S WORKING TODAY TO RECEIVE MY BEST AND RECOGNITION FROM ME FOR THEIR AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO AND I WILL BE BACK!!!’ THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH KROGER’S STORE ON DIXIE HWY !!!

This place surpassed my expectations!

This is a great Kroger. The staff are always ready to help out. The shelves are readily stocked with items that are hard to find. We love the Jamaican Ginger Beer and the Okra pickles. Checkout is always fast because they always have enough staff to jump to help out. We have been going here for years. It is nice to have the tables to hang out after shopping as well to have a drink or a snack. They always try their best to take care of customers in a personal way that builds community relationships and returning customers. They will find a way to resolve a problem when places like RiteAid on Hess and East Genesee will not go the extra mile. RiteAid will make fun of you or laugh at how they cannot help you and then not help you. Kroger's solves problems and leaves the laughs to comedians on stage.

I used to work here and Really had a good time placing stuff on the shelves❗🥰 Yeah, this particular Kroger's grocery store I a little small. The thing is, this grocery store started out for servicing a small community. Years have gone by and the clean, pleasant and cosey, community of Bridgeport has Truly grown. ❗🥰😃MORE people and families have moved here.

Over all, it (this particular Kroger's)still gives the community feel. Everytime I've walked in to shop, I ALWAYS see people I know or who know me. The store is clean, the music is good. The head managers I worked with during the time I was employed there were really SUPER Friendly. 🥳🤓💚Thanks Guy's. Keep it Up! 🛒📈

I've never had any problems at this store! They aren't overly friendly but enough to make you feel welcome to the store so that you want to come again. The coupons are great and I like the selection of groceries offered.

What a GREAT little store!! I was so very happy and pleased with their selection of items. Staff there is friendly and very helpful. PS if you're a driver parking lot can accommodate a bobtail but not tractor and trailer. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Even though this Kroger is small. The people here make you feel like your family when you walk in the door. As far as it being crowded come before noon on weekdays and usually its a quick in and out. Staff are awesome here

Great place to shop. Friendly and helpful employees. Smaller store, it doesn't have a lot of items that are found at other Kroger locations. The friendly workers and hometown feeling make up for the lack of variety.

You can find some good deals there, plus if you sign up you can receive coupons in the mail plus they have coupons on their webpage. Also you earn points towards gas rewards

The store manager was very polite and apologetic that items on sale were not in stock, some stores are not offering rainchecks but he informed us they were.
