McDonald's

My experience, this McDonalds has always pulled through. Ordered here many times. Most recently, yesterday, they were super busy AND understaffed, yet they still got our ~$20 order 100% accurate and all food was hot and fresh. I've never had an issue here in 20+ total visits!

Went this morning and the lady who took my order was so nice to me. She literally made my day 💓

Absolutely awesome service. Stephan was always asking how our meal was. They are spotless and fast. The food is good and fresh. (They have the atmosphere of Big Boy and everyone loves Big Boy. It’s sad to see the Big Boy restaurant next door go but families rarely eat together anymore. Some of us miss the world when Elias Brothers Big Boy was a regular family outing choice.) Segway, this McDonald’s is one of the best ones I have experienced in the states. They will bring your food out to you sometimes and that is unseen in the US. They role play their duties and jobs to be more efficient and comfortable. They act, look, talk, and work professional. Eat here..period.

Food was actually quite good, service was smooth and fast, and the the place is nice and lively. They also have the new kiosk system which is nice as well!

We stopped on our way up north. Frances took our order and brought our food to the table. There was a little wait for our food, she apologized and gave our kids some cookies. Before we left, she came over to our table to see how our meal was and we enjoyed our conversation with her. She was very nice and personable!!

Nicest staff ever! Helped us out when we had a large trailer. Guy geniually seemed to enjoy his job and it showed! It was refreshing. Best experience ever at a fast food honestly!

Quick and great food and service. We got what we needed and wasn't expensive and I earned points of my next meal

The burgers looked like how they do in the commercial! So good, and the fries were nice and hot!

We came in like a wrecking ball with our bus full of students with out giving them a notice. They handled our group and adfitional customers very well & within a timely manner. Even with how over loaded they became they didnt manage to make mistakes with any orders. Kudos! I wished I had kept my receipt to give them a review that would have made more of a difference for the company.

All I have to say is they can make an incredible iced caramel macchiato....I got one Monday, Tuesday, and now I want every day.. dangerously delicious 😅 the employees are normally really helpful and kind, too. And the drive thru line normally goes quick!

Just ordered a shake this trip. Had a coupon for a free sundae we forgot to use at the speaker but the girls inside were sweet to honor it at the pick up window even though they were busy. Thanks ladies!

I mean honestly who doesn't like McDonald's I love the fries as long as they're well done and well salted and I love a double cheeseburger with extra cheese and I love pickles on it even though I take the pickles off of it I just like the pickle juice and then I feed the pickles to my dogs. Then I always get my dogs their own ice cream cone. They are spoiled little girls

McDonald's is great. They have some really good foods on their menu, their service is always fast, and their employees are always really friendly, to. And, of course, they also give me receipt coupons for free sundaes (no purchase necessary). So, that's a bonus.

Love the mobile ordering. Use alot right before work and alot on my lunch break. There's a girl there who always puts extra ice in my come weather I remember to add it or not! Love her!!! She's awesome!!!!!

Daughter-In-Law bought McChicken sandwich just plain like she likes it, was fresh & hot too! I used my survey coupon for a free Sugar-Free Vanilla Cappucino which was delicious! First time at this McDonald's in Bridgeport. Will be back... ;)

Best McNuggets we've ever had. They were perfect. Everything was good. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff.

Great experience food was done in a timely manner the order was correct and the Manager was attentive to what was going on. Just overall great morning crew.

Breakfast crew is great. Have never been disappointed. Yes, they have made a few mistakes, but they always fix them with a cheery smile. I'll keep coming back.
