Have never had any problems with this post office.

I really like the automated walk up machine which you can print stamps from. It also has a scale for you to weigh a package and print postage from. If you're tech savvy, it can be faster than waiting in line.

They have 4 outside mail boxes you can drop off letters at (two of which are drive up which is great). If you have a smaller package which already has postage, there is a drop bin inside that you can quickly use and get out fast (there is a size limit, probably the size of a small toaster oven).

They have the standard USPS packing materials, as well as greeting cards and even some gift cards. Pretty handy if you're in a pinch.

Upon opening a PO Box at this post office I was a little nervous due the low reviews, but I could not be happier with my experience and I’m so surprised why they have such low ratings! The woman at the desk who helped me was very kind and got everything done in a quick, efficient manner. I was in and out with a new PO Box within < 10 minutes. I’m very happy with how everything went.

Not only are they respectful and courteous, they also have to get out of their vehicle for almost every mailbox. I live on a circle and not much parking. The mailboxes are ALWAYS blocked!

I particularly like the fact that there is lots of free parking and there are a good supply of free boxes. It also has a large (relative to other post offices around) lobby, with supplies for sale. The mail is sorted well and we only get an incorrectly addressed letter once in about 4 years. Also the cost of overnight delivery service for small items is way below that of other shippers.

Syreta was awesome. She helped me finish up my daughters passport and was guiding another young lady (that was also very sweet)

I liked my experience very much and will continue to drive here to conduct business.

I don't have the situations like the other complaints... My mailman & mail lady deliver my parcels & mail accurately in my mailbox or at my front door. They are also curteous and friendly. I love the service they provide

A P.O. Box for your small business is helpful. Private, secure, accessible 24/7, and reasonably priced.

This branch provides good service. There’s nothing easy about dealing with the public on a daily basis. Please give these folks some credit for trying to help you send your stuff from point A to B.

I have had good experience with USPS Bridgewater, Pluckemin, Basking Ridge.

I am very happy with my experience with this post office. I contacted them twice via phone, in both occasions, the lady that answered the phone was very courteous and helpful, and also took extra steps to help me out.

I have used the Bridgewater Post Office a few times in the last month -- service has been great. Would not hesitate to use this office for any postal needs.

Sonetimes appear as rude but they do not mean it. I can deal with them normally. They are fair at the end of the day

I had no problems with shipping a package here. The staff was friendly and answered a few questions I had.

The clerks at this location always pick up my calls and do a great job of answering my questions.

Nice staff

I called today about a package I was waiting for, and the woman who answered was very courteous and helpful. I've been living in the area 20 years and I've always gotten nice service at the Bridgewater post office whenever I went there. Sometimes it's too busy for one clerk to handle.
