This is the store you know and love. Yes, everything is a little more expensive. Yes, the people working there seem a little rude. But you go there for those reasons! It is all about the atmosphere; the ambience. The best part about coming here is the little area you can stand and eat or drink while just enjoying life.

This place has been here for over 15 years. It has its days to being cooperative and professional and sometimes workers don’t give you attention.

If you just want to buy your HOT coffee and get donuts then it’s available for shopping.

If you need to pee then if you’re a male take a cup and pee in it and if you’re a female then squat somewhere private and pee, if no one has a bathroom. 👍🏻

This location so great and convient this is more so about a worker more than the store itself koffe was extremely rude and very dismissive when I was attempting to put money on my card I never felt that way entering this specific store

Visit this store a lot because it is near my great grandson’s elementary school! However, the two women at the cash register are not very nice. People if all walks of life are struggling and striving to survive. I had two coupons gifted to me for one free hotdog and one free gulp beverage because the weekend prior, I had participated as a VOLUNTEER in the Christmas In April program where we assist a deserving senior with house chores outside or inside their homes that need sprucing up! Well this 7-eleven read my coupon and stated that they (7eleven) did not have to participate or honor my gift coupons for the free food and drink! OMG! How much does one hotdog and one drink really cost? Are you really losing out by feeding me???? Unbelievable!!!

I asked them if they had screwballs the ice cream. They said yes. I described it and asked if they were sure. They said yes they were sure. I said okay cool just wanted to make sure before we drove all the way there. I get there they say we don’t have screw balls!!!

LYFT/UBER DRIVERS BEWARE!!! Do not count on this location to be amenable to Lyft/Uber drivers who work late nights they should rather you piss in the middle of their floor than let you use their facilities. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT stop here look elsewhere for restrooms! Cashier Yonas lied about having a working restroom. I came back to this location after being denied access to the restroom, only to see him coming out of the lavatory. I definitely explained that I was working and clearly had to pee really badly. NO RESTROOMS AVAILABLE AT THIS LOCATION FOR LYFT/ UBER DRIVERS.

The store needs help!!! It needs a complete overhaul. Deep cleaning. The coffee area was poorly maintained...empty carafes, and automatic machines were in disaray.

How dare you be racist and segregate a group of young black children ages 9-12 coming from a dance camp were denied slurpees on Free Slurpee Day. Your store on 12th and Otis NE, asked to stand aside to let white children though and then pushed and shoved by a manager. A police report was filed. Disgusting racists!
