Been here a few times, and every time the experience has been great! The employees are around if you need them, but otherwise give you privacy to browse, and all of the toys I've gotten here have been A+! I come in looking for one thing and wind up buying four, they have stuff you didn't even know you needed! The best in the area, for sure, and has a much more relaxed vibe than you would expect, you won't get pushed into buying anything you aren't interested in, but you'll find what you're looking for and then some :)

The cashier with the long sparkly gold nails was super friendly and funny. I didnt ask too many questions but she was very nice to the other customers in the store. I listened in and had all my questions answered before having to ask 😂. The employees at this location and the Oakland county locations are always great, and this store has a very wide selection in every section.

Clerk was too distracted by another couple to remove the security tag from my item. Normally, I adore this small store, and this has been the only 'glitch' in more than 4 years of shopping here.

The issue was dealt with and had a quick response from owner, so rating has improved.

As a regular customer here, I just have to say the staff here is amazing! I always get the best help and service and she is so friendly too. I don't even bother going to Lovers Lane anymore because I'd rather have the customer service at Cirillas. Always finding something good to wear here too ❤

The manager Rae at the Miller road, flint location is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I always have a great experience in this store!!!!

Absolutely love this store for a few reasons and not just for the products 😏 The employees are amazing, and very informational! It’s a very clean store, and you’ll have no issue finding what you need! Definitely recommend!

First time being in the store, nice atmosphere, thought it was pretty good experience , better than the lions den in my opinion, thought the staff was nice, especially Kristina!

Love the return/exchange policy. Why I usually shop here as opposed to other places. I like to know that if my toy dies in 3 days it will be replaced.
