I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I will never deal with the post office again when ups does everything I need with no hassle. Even through the cvid, they didn't bother you with mask/arrows, a multitude of signs all over and all that hysteria when every other place did. Sending a package today to my kids in Virginia was cheap and easy and it will get to them sooner than I requested.

I have visited our Rome UPS store on several occassions for many different services. I am pleased to say the employees are very knowledgeable and work quickly often multi-tasking. The manager Alexia Bushwell, I asked for her card because she deserves recognition, has gone above and beyond to assist my needs and I have observed her with other customers and she does the same with them. This is not an easy job especially since so many of us use Amazon and other online shopping services that require returns. If you have never used the services offered at the store give it a try. I did and am now a regular customer.

So glad I decided to go to this UPS store to ship my daughters gaming PC and monitor. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The entire transaction was beyond expectations. They took the time to measure each item and talk through the charges. They got me the best possible deal. I will go back if I ever need to ship something again.

We have been going to UPS Store in Rome since they opened. Walking into that store is just like walking into my own home and greeted kindly every time. They know me by name, and by face. Lexi, Tyler, Ron, and rest of the staff have always made me feel like part of a team.

They have a document on their computer for me that I get printed quite often, and it is a big part of a business. They know me by name, and what I usually get printed- I can either call or email them to request some prints. Always amazes me how fast they can get 300 copies done. :^)

I had this UPS store design & print my wedding invitations. Tyler was very helpful and efficient. He made sure the design was exactly what I wanted and even drafted up copies before ordering the invitations. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Went in to return some packages and the employees were more than helpful with assisting me. I’ve never had to actually go into a store to return items before, so I was a little confused. But seeing how easy it was, and how knowledgeable the staff was, it really made the process smooth! Thank you all for your help!!! :^)

Let me tell you. I stopped in here on a Saturday morning to get some documents printed, scanned, and emailed. Stephen was the worker who helped me. He made it super simple, and he also made it look so easy. My packet was emailed to the Family Court, and a packet was made for my ex. This was absolutely worth the 7 bucks. Awesome job Stephen!!!!

I had no clue this place did more than just packaging. A special thanks to one of the staff members named Tyler for taking the time to explain it all to me. I now go here to send emails, print copies, and have letters written because I have no way to formally type and print. The entire staff is always so patient, they go above and beyond to insure I’m taken care of.

Nice folks. Easy to drop off a ready to go package, the drop off counter is 5 feet from the front door. Just tell an associate it's a drop off so they know it's there. 👍

The lady that runs this store is always very friendly and helpful. I don't know who this other lady that people get here is but I've done a lot if business here, as a seller on Amazon and I've even had to have my fingerprints taken here for a security license. Lady is always nice and helpful.

The line moves right along pretty quickly. And at The Rome store the employees are absolutely wonderful and helpful and always very cheerful no matter how busy they are. They are a pleasure!
