Love this place. The owners are awesome people and really care about their customers. Fun to go there and find deals everyday though I don't get that many opportunities to go but try to visit once a week

Went to their grand opening today. Lots of good items in the $7 bins will be back for their restock.

The best location so far!!! Huge store, awesome deals on popular items, and the most amazing owners!! Come support this family owned business and show them some love, while getting amazing deals!!! They will take care of you!

Fun place to pop in and see what they have. The people who manage Al-Bin are kind and have a lot of pride in their store and enjoying talking with customers.

The customer service is great it’s a clean place and I just love going here all the time!

I’ve been a loyal customer to this place. The last couple of times I’ve been there I’ve noticed when I walk in she stops what she’s doing and goes and grabs the things I’m used to buying. I’ve asked my family and friends and she does this to them as well. She must not want to make a sale. The other day she stood and watched 3 customers because she thought they were stealing. It was $1 day.
She tries to argue what bin it comes from and whether or not an item should be sold separately when clearly the box states 8 pc.
She also removes items on $1 and $2 day. When you come back on $7 day those items are back.
Lastly, clean the bins. There’s things that have been in there for months. Empty packages, boxes and packages of things people clearly don’t want. Better costumer service is definitely needed.

Was a loyal customer coming at least once a week since their grand opening, but we will NEVER be back after a HORRIBLE customer service experience. Today, when I went to checkout my item, the owners wanted me to pay for a damaged car phone mount and repairs to their drywall, claiming that my husband stuck a car mount on their wall the day prior. We had no idea what they were even talking about. My husband never mounted anything on their wall. The woman insisted that she saw him do it which made things worse because she obviously confused him with someone else. She made these accusations in front of other customers in the store with no solid proof of anything. How embarrassing. They officially lost our business, but whoever damaged their wall better man up.

What a disappointment, Turns out some bins are priced for high prices while items in other bins are not worth the price of the day.
Then you are questioned what bin your items came from. Bad customer service.
I will never return.
