Accessibility: accessible/handicap parking directly in front of the building and a ramp to get up to the sidewalk. The doors are pull doors to enter, carpet inside, brightly lit.

Experience: I absolutely love Hallmark stores; they are very sentimental. They have so many beautiful cards, clothing, Christmas ornaments, blankets, fuzzy socks, snow globes, all kinds of beautiful gifts (and right now they have a ton of Christmas things). I will definitely be back soon!

I love shopping here! Everyone is always so nice, they give out huge deals, and if you’re a member you get so many coupons!!! It’s also owned by a local San Diego family, the Elams, I highly recommend spending your money here

Hallmark always has great jewels. Hallmark is expensive. I found a perfect 🎁 for my oldest daughter: a weighted heart ❤ pillow with a precious and perfect note attached. I paid $46 before tax (they only had one in stock).

We pay 💰 for convenience, and quality. 🎁 We hope our loved ones appreciate the sentiment.

WOW! First off the customer service!!! Super patient, talkative and detailed/honest employees. I felt so welcome there as it was my first time there.

The beautiful ladies that helped me (i forgot their names) one of them worked since december 2021 and the other since 2008 I believe, but both were sweet and so helpful.

I always spend too much money, but they helped me sign up for the rewards and let me know all the discounts associated with it and etc.
The store was so well organized and very pleasing to the eye.

I will definitely be coming back! Maybe just to chat it up with these two! Haha. Thanks Hallmark. You chose 2 great employees!

When I entered the store looking for a Valentine's Day card for my wife I received immediate assistance from an employee. The on duty manager was also great. When she observed there were two of us waiting in line she immediately had someone come to the front to assist me. I am always pleased with the level of service they provide.

Love this Hallmark store. I can always find quality items for gifts at reasonable prices. Well organized with pleasant staff.

The merchandise selection is awesome but not as much as the staff. They bend over backwards to help you and they are glad to do so. Leaves you happy to be there.
