As a landscaping owner myself, Ecoscape Supply is my number one choice for landscaping supplies. I have had numerous customers in awe of how nice their mulch looks. Locally own by a nice couple in Hartville. I was able to speak directly with the owners and get what I needed when I needed it. I'll look forward to spring when I can use their services and materials more.

This company does so much for its customers. I appreciate everyone always doing more then is expected. As someone who has used all the different suppliers around, I will go out of my way to use this business every time.

***SEE UPDATE BELOW*!....Ordered a few yards of their garden soil. Which was supposed to be rich with leaf compost. DON'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY! I ended up getting a few yards of what appears to be the worst soil I've ever seen! There are rocks throughout the mix. There was in every shovel full, some sort of trash or pieces of plastic. I even found an old rusty Allen Wrench in my batch. There was no visible composted ANYTHING in the mix. BE WARNED! EITHER DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, OR if you can catch them before they dump it on your property, tell them to turn around and go get the soil they were supposed to sell you! I'm very disappointed! The biggest problem is that I've already gotten this into my raised beds, and it would be an extreme job just to try and remove it and add a different mix of soil. My raised beds will be nearly forever infiltrated by rocks.. and will take me years to improve the soil to what I thought I was getting delivered to me.

*****UPDATE!**** Melanie from Ecoscapes called me. And explained EVERYTHING... it was a complete error that could happen to any business. The soil was an honest mistake, and Ecoscapes made it right IMMEDIATELY!... This is what a good business is all about. Working with the customer, and making things right. I wish all businesses were as honest and considerate at this! I almost feel bad about complaining, but I'm only human, and I didn't know these folks. Now I know that they are good people, and I'm going to CONTINUE to give them my business. Bravo Ecoscapes! Well done!

My review of Ecoscapes of Hartville is a lil different. :-) I've been coming to this location for all my landscaping needs for many years. Naturally i give thier product and service 5 stars. After this past saturday i'm inclind, however, to take the time and leave a public review.

Unwise on my part i came to Ecoscapes once again with my truck and pull behind trailer 10 x 6 roughly. Well, like most i didnt air up my tires preparing for a load of crushed gravel. After loading 2 yards my tires were crazy low. One of the employees suggested to come up to thier building and they'd air me up before I left. I didnt get turned around and already pulled the tire/tube off my trailer rim. Being a "guy" i was totally embarrased at my lack of preparation and now here i sit with a busted up tire.

The newer employee (young man) and one of the employees jacked up my trailer, took the rim off, aired the other tire, took my tire up to thier shop, repaired and aired it, came back and got me rolling again. Mind you it was a hot day and it was closing time.

They didnt complain, moan, groan, and told me not to worry about it, stuff happens all the time. They had a great attitude. I wanted to give them both a lil something extra and he said no, just keep being a great customer.

This is EXACTLY the kind of folks I want to work with, recommend, and will continue to be die hard loyal. for me, it's not about price (lucky me theirs is great) its about how you treat a client. 10 STARS! Thank you and i'll always be back!

Very high quality mulch at a more than reasonable price. This is our first time using them and we look forward to using them again. From the people on the phone to the driver, everyone was super friendly. Thanks for the excellent customer service!
