McDonald's

I choose McDonalds because it most often has the same quality, cleanliness and service for a quick break on trips or between adventures around lunch or dinner if necessary for a meal. Hence all my reviews for McDonald's locations, soon to be across the country! The Hartville McDonald's was perfect. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Quality service and food. No drink machine, but the staff was quick and attentive to get our waters. She was so kind, she even asked if we placed our order. Always use the app with tableside service. Really disappoints when our meal isn't brought to the table, but today they delivered. Chicken nuggets and my Big Mac was made perfect. Great stop between the park and headed to mini golf! Just before leaving the girl saw Kyle looking at Happy Meal toys and she kindly gave him a second after another little girl gave him hers before she left.

My order is always correct and everything is always cooked to perfection. Even though they get really busy during lunch time the line still moves quickly and never any mistakes made. My favorite McDonald's to go an eat!

I'm giving 5 stars because your signs are always lit up right up until close, employees are nice and the line moves fast. Taco Bell and Wendys who are right across the street from you need to trained by your management!

Staff is always pleasant, food is always hot, comes out quickly and accurate to orders, even at the peak of a lunch rush. Frequently do fundraisers for local causes and keep the lot in very good shape. My buddy REALLY likes the Cheeseburgers.

Staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. My food was handed to me right after I paid, that's how fast the line crew is. Restaurant is clean. The best part? I got to deal with human beings the entire time and not once did they force a customer to use the computer ordering machines! I will be back for sure. We tend to leave places who will not service us at the register. So this location is awesome for us!

This is just a local McDonalds supporting jobs for local high school students and local residents. Please be kind to them, they're only doing their job. That aside, i've never gotten in an argument with them and they've always had my orders correct. I recommend this McDonalds over any other. Ive been to Akron, Canton, And Alliance. But none of those McDonalds have ever treated me kindly with just a simple order. Don't write a bad review over your complicated order. Over all would recommend 10/10.

I stop here every single morning for my morning caffeine and the staff is always so kind! They are on it and I’ve never had my order wrong. Truly a great group of people working here! And the restaurant inside is always clean as well.

The interior was modern and clean; they've renovated recently. Looks great! The staff was very friendly and kind. I don't really like McDonald's, but this location is making me change my opinion.

Very good just the price of food is to much thanks to our Government.

This McDonald’s always gives great service and I’ve been meaning to rate them for a while but I’d love to give a huge shout out to the gentleman who dressed up as Thor for Halloween! Every single time I go there he is working. He always has a positive and upbeat attitude and just has a wonderful personality. He truly makes the experience enjoyable. I don’t know his name but he definitely makes my day and he is definitely going places! Just had to share, thanks!

This is not your average McDonald's.
This is by far the cleanest and the best one I've been too! Excellent service!

Good service and faster than most McDonald's. The store has always been clean and taken care of . The employees are friendly and help full. My orders have been accurate which us awesome because most McDonald's i have visited this is always a problem.

Coffee is excellent. I like the ability to refill my coffee myself. It is much faster than standing in line again. Pleasant person my the name of Diane took my order

Good friendly service

Very kind workers. We couldn't get into Hartville or grinders. We settled for McDonald's. Haven't had fries that hot an fresh in awhile. Good job!!

This is the only fast food place in Hartville that stays open until 11pm. This one also usually has "fresh" food. The employees are better than most McDonald's!

One of the best McDonald's I have been to in awhile. The food was actually fresh and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Great service. Always friendly. Few mistakes, if any. Manager Brandi is awesome. Definitely the most efficient fast food option in town.

Fast, friendly & most importantly our order was made correctly when my kids had special requests for their meals!
