Store is clean, usually well stocked and efficient. Today, an item I really needed was empty on the shelf. Jett stopped what he was doing, went to the back and actually found what I needed in a reasonable time frame and gave it to me. Very respectful young man. After living in WA state for years and coming back home to where I was raised. I have to say I did not realize how much I took for granted here. The parking lot is clean and safe. There are not people just everywhere harassing you for what you have that they want. The produce is stocked and usually very fresh. Every employee I have encountered here is genuinely respectful and helpful. It is true what they say Mindset/Perspective is the main difference. If you dont understand what I have said go get some perspective and check that mindset. An armed society is a polite society.

Great. I suggest they update the courtesy booth to accept the U card to pay your electric bill.

I sat in the car as my husband went in for cat food. He does about 95% of the shopping. I don't drive. I don't walk well.

Just wanted to leave a great review for Richard at the customer service desk. Needed to send some money through Western Union to someone in need last minute. We walked in at 7:02pm and he was already closing out the register, and it was Christmas Eve. He stopped what he was doing and let us send the money. He went above and beyond what was required with a great attitude. Thank you so much for your service! Bless your heart!

Easy access, great pharmacy with drive up window + helpful caring staff. Plenty of cashiers as well as self check stations.
Quality products. Love their sale ads, mainly shop there for sales and clearance produce in early mornings.
Bathroom is at the front of the store!
Starbucks also!

So I bought sushi today and let me tell you it’s the greatest sushi I’ve had there wasn’t anything wrong with it. It was just to pretty to eat 🥲 which I still ate it but I definitely recommend if your craving for a very reasonable sushi

I particularly love this location for many reasons. It’s close to my home, items are always/sometimes fair priced. ClickList employees are fantastic! Especially Kerry, there’s only two employees I’ve crossed in the 3 years I’ve been coming here that I didn’t care for. Other than that, I love that they also have the gas pump station!

Our Alvin Kroger is wonderful. From the people working on the floor to the checkers and customer service are there to offer wonderful customer service. The prices are great and you get 10 cents off per gallon of fuel gas rewards for every $100 you spend. So, great employees, great prices and gas rewards. It is a win, win 😊

I love our Alvin Krogers. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Great selection and kept stocked. Always clean and organized. Offer online shopping. On the pharmacy side of it, I've never had to wait long at all to pick up my Rx's like I usually did at other pharmacies. Pharmacists and their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks inside this Krogers and they carry a great selection of seasonal decor etc.

Best grocery store sushi ever the guy that makes it is very friendly also if you get there early enough you can get fresh tortillas and the deli workers are very helpful and friendly also

My experience at Kroger was perfect they didn't have a special item i needed that was on sale so they substituted another item in its place,would like to thank them very much for caring about their customers to do this. Merry Christmas to all who make Kroger what it is.

When I couldn't find the steaks I wanted, the butcher was helpful with locating them, and when I said I wanted something bigger, he went back and cut them fresh for me, I am so glad we have a butcher in our Kroger, keeps me coming back again and again!
