Jaime B is super helpful, patient and kind. More than once he has helped me. Honestly I would’ve dropped Verizon if not for him!
I walked in, I walk with a cane he always helps me with the door. He finds the first place for me to sit while he is helping another, if he is. He is more knowledgeable than corporate stores when it comes to the phones and my needs. He opens the door when I leave. Asked me if I can make it out to my car OK. Watches to make sure that I make it to my car. Customer service is fantastic with him. THANK YOU Jaime!!!!!!!!!! I should have gone there before I went to the corporate office in another town.

He never disappoints. He is so kind and helpful. I wouldn’t be a Verizon member if it weren’t for him!

I needed to set up a new account & move my phone over. Thanks to Noah it was one of the most pleasant “phone store” experience I have had. Noah was very helpful in helping me choose my plan & had me set up & ready to go before I realized we were done. I hope he is there the next time I need to visit the store. Thanks Noah :-)

Amazing guys! I really don't write reviews because I don't have time and don't usually have an experience to write home about. But here you go; Jamie and Al are amazing and way more worth going to them than a Verizon store in Foco. We were upgrading two phones to phones and watches, so 4 devices total. Jamie was on the phone with Verizon for over 2 hours trying to make it so we didn't have to come back, as we wanted to take all our devices home that day. Even when Jamie was talking to the gal at Verizon, Al was friendly and made conversation with us. I've been to regular Verizon stores before, probably corporate, and I know I would have never had this experience. They made us comfortable the entire time, even let us go eat while Jamie was still on hold with Verizon trying to get us taken care of. I will never go anywhere else for any service or device. I really appreciate the time you took to take care of us!

The service at Russel Cellular was awesome. I walked in was served immediately and had all my many questions answered. Jamie set up my phone, changed my plan, got the payments set up quickly and easily. I was avoiding getting a new phone because it’s usually such a hassle, but this was simple and easy!

I will go to this Russell Cellular store for all my phone needs from now on. . It turns out that another Verizon store I went to in Loveland sold me the wrong size case. I do have a negative review posted of them because I had multiple issues. Jaime at Russell Cellular was professional, friendly and provided great customer service. I got everything done that I wanted to do. It’s so nice to have a local place to take care of my phone needs.
