Great team of pros here: personable, professional, upbeat, and patient. Holiday shipping and Black Friday (Amazon and more) returns are so hectic, yet the positivity and efficiency are predominant and long lines dissipate quickly. Attitude makes such a difference, I’m grateful for how hard they work to make it a well-oiled machine.

Fast and efficient! Love the local touch of finding their customers ways to save money.. convenient that they have any appt notary available. Just give them a call. Convenient for the holidays if your traveling to have them hold your UPS deliveries to avoid porch pirates!

We came here to print out a poster for my mother's funeral. This seemed to be the only place that would do it that day. The print initially came out much too saturated but Jordan and the manager were so helpful and did everything they could do to make sure our print was perfect! They messed with the printer settings and worked with the file and printed out multiple prints until we were happy with it, without charging extra. I will definitely be coming back to do any large format prints. It's also very reasonably priced!

Alway ship from there , great people, had to call them and get tracking number for parcel i sent and vendor was saying never returned, alas yes it was, they really helped me out.

I needed to print a whole bunch of pictures and cards for a uni assignment and Jordan was such a help. Honestly dude deserves a raise, he’s the only reason I got a good grade in Advanced Japanese Cultures

For a store like UPS you have to understand that most people are not going to go out of their way to review the business unless they had a negative experience. This is just the nature of things. Thus the ratings are skewed. Same is true for banks and hospitals typically.

With this in mind I have to share that Ashley and the rest of the team at this store were absolutely wonderful to work with. In a pinch, they had helped me custom design and print an anniversary gift for my wife. I was able to do this all through email and their response time was impressively quick. The staff was all courteous and professional and I will definitely be going back for any future needs.

I’ve been in here maybe 30 times the past 3-4 years for routine needs (especially Amazon returns) and service is consistently wonderful and polite even when they are super busy and I am fumbling around with whatever.

The most helpful and accommodating UPS I have ever visited!

Our printer has decided that printing is not in it's repertoire anymore (massive paperweight it can still do). That has left me scrambling for some print jobs on occasion. The first time I used the Windsor UPS Store I was impressed with the prices, so I've gone back. Every time I've needed something the employees have gotten it done well, sometimes going above and beyond. This morning I got into a frantic situation where we needed a family picture for my preschooler's class project. The store opened at 8 am, and I needed to have my son at school by 8:10. I arrived at 7:55, and even though I offered to wait, the employee brought me in, got my photo printed and had me out the door by 8:00! Thank you so much for always taking care of me!

Visited this location on a whim to ship for our business. Abby was incredibly helpful, patient, and intuitive. We plan to visit this location for our shipments from here on out. They ship large, heavy packages, as well as small lightweight items.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Everytime I visit the store, the staff is so helpful and amazing. Weather running in to drop off a Amazon return or sending a package, they are happy to help, and quickly get you on your way.

Erin in Store 4205 was amazing. She was so patient with my complex orders. She was also knowledgeable about Amazon services.

I called with a question, was put on hold and then disconnected. When I tried to call back, I got only voicemail. I was VERY angry at that point. The store employee called me back from her own cell phone to tell me the store had lost power, apologized and gave me the answers to my questions. She really went out of her way to make a bad situation much better. Kudos!

Every time I go in there, to do returns. There is a young man and forgive me for not knowing his name, he is the most patient and helpful young man.
