The employee that stands out the best to me is Lake! He's the best at customer service with a smile and he is super friendly. I can always count on getting my order correct too! I very much appreciate him! Also the fries need to be fresher!

It was such a refreshing experience! The staff were SO nice and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Thank you McDonald’s! To the staff who was working on 8/31/23 at 8:30pm, you guys are the best!

I can't imagine anyone will read this review but here I go. It amazes me that even after like 70 years of selling food they are still delicious and a good value. The chicken nuggets are premium and delicious. In the 90's they were intent on using chemicals so the food tasted the same everywhere in the world. I am amazed at how now they focus on fresh ingredients to make the food healthier. Personally, it's the biscuits I love the most. Especially in stores where they are made from scratch.

This store does a great job! I got a ton of food today for like $10 because of a promotion they had going and, their food actually looks pretty dang close to the commercials you see on TV! Very well done. Always fresh, hot and crispy

Was never a fan of McDonald's in the past. Prices seemed high, and food menu was too vast. Lately, I have found everything I thought has changed. Drive thru is easy and faster.

I just want to give a shout out to this Windsor location! I moved out to Windsor almost 20 years ago and I've seen this store go through some things. I've seen customers explode over salty french fries I've seen over at least 50 high school kids crammed in the little lobby. I've seen kid break his nose going down the slide almost 15 years ago. There has been times where they were super short staffed and only had 2-3 workers during a lunch rush and still kill it. I've always been impressed how well they handle those situations and still manage keep the restaurant going and customers orders out. Obviously been to many McDonald's in my , but they're always seems to be some sort of backup or lack of communication with the workers. We've had order mistakes at this location before, but they always have been super helpful on correcting t. You learn to appreciate this store after you've been coming to it for so long. The employees go through a lot I am sure, but just want to let them know that they're doing a great job! 👍

There was hair in my burger no one has hair nets on.
Update management reached out and gave me a replacement meal quick response but management and ownership reached out swiftly really appreciate it

Hey everyone I want to recognize an amazing man… Micheal a worker at McDonald’s is truly one of the sweetest most genuine human beings I’ve ever met. He is always so friendly and helpful and full of compliments. He absolutely amazed me the other day. He could tell I was upset and had been crying he asked me if I was ok and how my day was going. When I told him I had just found out that my cousin had past away, he told me wait and that he wasn’t going to let me pay for my food and proceeded to pay for me and my daughters meals. I was so so sad but he put a smile on my face and proved to me there are still amazing people in this world. So please if anyone is at Windsor CO McDonald’s please give a shout out to Micheal cause he genuinely deserves one.

This McDonald's is exceptional. I've never had problems with my order or any of the staff. In fact, there have been several times where I was eating inside & I was able to have regular conversation with some of the staff. My food has never been cold or overcooked. For processed food, I would say that this McDonald's is above the rest.

They improved 100% in the last year. This is now my favorite McDonalds of the ones we regularly go to. Staff is very friendly and does a great job in getting the orders correct. Keep up the great work!!

Location was clean with friendly employees. The food was good, and hot. Plenty of different areas to sit inside with seating in the play area as well. There are also fun high top tables. The interior is updated and in good condition. The bathrooms were clean and they have the stalls without gaps in between each stall which is really nice.

Good Location for this regular everyday quick stop. Whether it is for breakfast, a quick frappe, or just time to get a little needed WIFI this is a Great Location. Newly updated, clean and ready to serve. These people are always Great. The high school across the street dose make it busy during lunch but the service dose a great job moving you in and out. You will not be disappointed.

I go here often quite early in the morning and they are always incredibly fast and accurate with my order, especially the Hispanic (sorry if that’s inaccurate) woman who takes the orders; she is always so positive and energetic, even when it’s that early. Most of the time they have my order ready to go the instant I pull up to the second window. Thanks for making my morning effortless!

We only got drinks. They were extra busy due to a nearby swim meet, but the wait time still wasn't bad. We like McDonald's iced coffees with caramel; they taste better and are cheaper than Starbucks' equivalent.

Always been very busy. Probably due to the fact that it's one of maybe four fast food places in town. Regardless service is usually pretty quick and the food is good. Out of all the times I've been here they have only messed up muy outset once. Also the staff is always friendly, even at 5am when I go through!
