Heritage Market

I want to give four stars due to prices, that said, it’s a small town grocery store that’s not a major chain. Selection is pretty decent. Can still find your basics (milk, bread, some meat) at normal fair prices. The customer service, quality, convenience, etc force this to be 5 stars. Keep shopping there and they can be more competitive and it helps all of us! Wish they could stock more deli meats but I understand their challenges, nobody in Weld county has good Italian cold cuts 😭😭

The employees here always seem really helpful and so nice. They are all a bunch of teenagers but the most respectful teens I've encountered in a long time. Thank you for always being so nice and automatically taking my groceries to my car for me.

Fantastic local market with plenty of groceries, at least a couple options on something you might need. They are more expensive than the big box grocery stores, but they have small town friendly staff and they are well worth it.

Thank you so much for your support of our recent family reunion. We ordered 100+ pieces of chicken from the deli and rolls from the bakery. All was so very good and the check out staff and deli/bakery staff were excellent. The staff and manager helped so much.

Jill in the floral department is amazing. This is my first experience with the floral department and they did not disappoint. My husband and daughter had their annual father/daughter dance and I completely forgot the corsage. I called Heritage in a panic and spoke with Jill, she was so nice considering I needed the corsage in 3 1/2 hours. She took the time to get a picture of the dress and had it done in about 2 hours and the corsage came out beautiful! She is my go to from now on!

Small local grocery store. Great for the Eaton area. Would rather shop here than go all the way to greeley or Fort collins.

Nice store with some fun local products. While some things are slightly more expensive than bigger stores in bigger towns, it's mostly very similar and well worth it to avoid the crowds. The shipping experience is much more pleasant. And my kids love the kid-sized shopping carts.

I always tip the people who take my groceries to my car
I tip them well because I appreciate the service.
The person in charge of hiring has a eye for talent.

Love the simplicity of this store. Everyone is so nice!! I was SUPER surprised to find out they carried our favorite pie brand. (The village pie maker)

It's a great little grocery store with an awesome selection of produce, coffee, tea, basically everything you'd expect to see in a King Soopers, but locally owned and operated. Every time I go in the staff is always super friendly and helpful, they just opened family fresh sushi inside the deli and the sushi is amazing and fairly priced!

The staff are always so friendly and the teens that help bag and take groceries to your car are so personable and respectful. We moved from West Greeley to Eaton a few years ago, and we were shocked with the amazing customer service that this small town market always provides! We love supporting this business ❤

Love shopping here the staff is kind and helpful! They have some products I cant find in Greeley. Great market food. Hand cut bacon from the back is amazing. And I not much of a fan for shusi but the shusi there is fresh and really good. I would get it anytime there.

Unexpected find in small town. A large grocery store with plenty of quality selections, offered with a very pleasant approach and deep inventory in clean, well illuminated environment. Fruits and vegetables were beautifully displayed. Groceries, once purchased, were taken to our vehicle by a polite and well spoken member of staff. Great experience for us.

Great home town market, friendly staff, and great beef

Update because of an earlier review. That review was in no way a reflection on the employees as I have, until this morning, always had a very nice interaction with all the employees. I ordered groceries on Monday and they were delivered this morning. I went out on my patio in my in my wheelchair with my dog to make room for them to take my groceries in the kitchen. There are two ladies that deliver the groceries, one a beautiful young lady and the other a gray haired senior like myself. To my shocked surprise while the young lady was taking my groceries into my kitchen, the older lady was very agressively and verbally rude to me and said I could consider this my last delivery from Heritage and that I could shop at Walmart. She stated that my review reflected on them. I told her it was not intended as a bad reflection on the employees but she wanted on. The young lady came out but was quiet. They left and I called the store and spoke with the co owner and explained what had happened. He was very nice and said he would take care of it. He also explained the increase in the delivery fee which made sense. As for the store it's beautiful and has everything you need, employees have always been courteous and good service except for this one person. I worked in the public for years and one of the first rules is you never confront or be rude to a customer as it is a firing offense. She should be fired or at least taken off the delivery route and given a job away from the customers.

Trenton from the heritage market was super helpful with my groceries out to my car! I've never actually been helped with my groceries and while I didn't need the help it was super cool and appreciated! Five stars for heritage market and five stars for Trenton

Always great produce. Great deli for meals on the go and I love the meat department. Best bacon around! Bakery department has cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Love the single serving sizes on the dessert cakes. The staff is always helpful and so nice.
