Subway

A second needs to be taken to appreciate the new management, and the hard work Gabe and his new team are doing in this location, I typically eat here about 2-3times a week and I was getting to the point that I would only go once a week, because the quality was awful, the service was a joke and the conversation were awful (not public conversation).
I have come back two times weekly the past month and am in such awe! Great Job Gabe and your team!

Had a great experience at Subway in Eaton however would it bankrupt the place to have 2 employees working at one time? The young lady was working furiously to make sandwiches and answer the non stop ringing phone and she did it with a smile and was very professional. Kudos to her!!! So come on now get her some help!!!

Always great service here. My grandfather is big on ham, so we go in for 4x ham, double double, they're always willing to supply, (as long as you pay of course). You tell them what you want on your sandwich and they put it on there. Never a bad order. You can always ask for suggestions. I get a spicy Italian with double meat, pepper jack cheese toasted, double jalapenos, red onion, olives, chipotle southwest, siracha, and vinaigrette on 12" Italian Herbs and cheese bread. Really great sandwich and service everytime.

Very clean inside and the employees were so friendly and respectful had a good conversation while they were making our sandwiches. 2nd best subway I've been to in Northern Colorado.

I normally wouldn't leave a review for "Subway" but the cute gal with the hot hair makes a mean sub it was out of this world good I will be back!

Staff was friendly and service was fast! The bread was fresh out of the oven and the subs were delicious.

They have two people working very hard every time we go in and order in the evening. Our order is always accurate too. Big kuddos to you two!!

This was the nicest Subway I have ever been in. It was clean. The staff were exceptional. My sandwich was the best!!!

My last visit here was great, I met a friend for lunch, service was fast, restaurant was clean, and it was the best tasting subway myself or my friend ever had, like it was weirdly good, they must've done something to improve it significantly, also I didn't recognize any of the employees so I'd recommend disregarding old reviews that mention staff issues.

Tried once more after last times debacle .. if you get the right artist you actually get a decent sandwich. I am very impressed.

I ordered a Gluten Free sub sandwich and the gal that helped me even changed her gloves for me. Definitely will be back.
