My favorite and only UPS store. I Love you the staff here, they are always patience, friendly and helpful!

All the staff was very helpful here. We were able to get a document notarized even thought it was during a busy time for them. Glen the notary did a great job.

I want to say Glen at the UPS store on 120th went above and beyond for me and has excellent Customer Service and I truly appreciate him, give him a raise or promotion, He deserves it !

By far the best UPS in town. I emailed the ladies a shipping label and they had it printed and ready to attach upon arrival. They definitely made the shipping and return process easy. Thanks guys

I like this UPS location because it’s small the men and women working there are busy getting the customers what they need in s friendly and speedy manor.
They will box things for you if needed and they never want a tip.
The store is always nice and clean inside and out.
Oh and this location is close to my home.

The employee with id: 171939 (don't know his name) was super helpful and kind. I was doing a big shipment from LA to Seattle and he helped get the best pricing and packaging for the entire shipment. Highly recommend!

I needed a Notary, and I ORIGINALLY went to the UPS store on Hawthorne, near Ralphs. They had boxes all over the place and the Notary that was supposed to be there at 4pm, wasn't even there and wouldn't be there until the next day, though they said she would be. Well, I called and went over to UPS on 120th, near Wendy's. The service was like night and day. Friendly staff, clean location and the Notary, Glenn, was super nice. They turned a stressful situation into a stressfree one.

Great service, Alan was very helpful and assisted me with preparing the boxes I was shipping. Very friendly and professional. I had 4 boxes to ship and everything was processed really smoothly.

The gentleman that works here is all by himself and doing such a great job helping his line of customers. Very calm, cool, and collected. Not pressured and not rushing people.
