This is the cleanest, most we kept 7-11 store I have ever been into. The people who work here do a great job making sure there is never a long wait and they are very nice to the customer.

Nothing special... clean... not too preemptive... dont ever run out of pizzas and not judgemental like a lot of 7-Elevens are nowadays

There's a serious difference in the service I receive based on who is working. During the day- there is a younger male and a younger female who usually work, and they are fantastic. If I was just rating these day shift workers- I would rate 5-stars. These two employees always remember me and know exactly how the rewards system works.

Unfortunately, there are two (slightly) older males who often work the night/ evening shift, and one occasionally works during the day, and they need some training on how to ring things up properly & how the rewards program works.

For example- one time I went to redeem some points during the evening shift, and redeeming my rewards was a total hassle. 7/11 rewards is just about the easiest program in the world to use- the customer just presents a barcode on their phone. Basically, I went to redeem 2 medium hot coffees, 1 medium cold coffee, and 1 medium Slurpee (you get mediums through the rewards). The guy kept ringing up large coffees- and so of course my rewards barcode didn't work. There was a line forming behind me, and not only were the people behind me seeming to get impatient, but the guy that was ringing me up wrong seemed to be getting impatient *with me*.
I kept repeating, "Two medium hot coffees, one medium cold coffee, one medium Slurpee". He kept ringing up larges. I just paid (probably too much, as he was ringing up my medium coffees as larges), and so I decided to redeem my rewards when the other two people were working. This isn't the only problem I've had, either- just an example.

However- as I stated- two particular day shift employees are great, and I've never had an issue with them. I actually enjoy them so much that I come to this 7/11 over the others. If you go- just make sure the evening shift rings you up correctly.

They didn't support my 711 rewards, which I was using to get breakfast. I'm a constant customer and this store just lost out on hundreds of dollars. I will be driving to the Shell down the road from now on. Thanks for ruining my morning and wasting my time.

When in this store about a week ago bought a cold drink and candy. On the surface north was out of the ordinary. Today November 1 2022 I go to the bank to withdraw money…. And boom to my surprise my account was wiped out. I know it’s this 7/11 because I only used that card last there a week or so ago. Also I went in and looked at they point of sales Machine and what do you know all kind sticky residue around it.

Just bought a protein drink from this location today on 12/2/21, after taking a sip of it, it was clearly thick and not good. Turns out the expiration on the item was back on 11/7. Be very wary about this store as they clearly don't care about expired products.

Been going to this store for years. Regular customer that always pays. Today I was accused of stealing. Chased me out of the store saying hey you didn't pay. I replied huh I just paid 2 seconds ago. I came back into the store to verify the cashier said oh yeah I didn't remember. Mind you this was literally 2 seconds ago. Then she said oh yeah you did pay your good. They see me daily. I will not be coming in again. Even though they see me daily they still watch my every move. This store is racist!!! Won't see another dollar from me.

Been going to this 7-11 since I moved here for the last 3 years , today at around 5pm I was accused of stealing which I never did and never will. That’s how they treat regular customers.

CREDIT CARD SKIMMERS ! I'M HOPING THAT EVERYBODY CAN SEE THIS FOR THE LAST 2 TO 3 WEEKS THIS 7-ELEVEN HAS HAD CREDIT CARD SKIMMERS ON TOP OF THE CREDIT CARD MACHINES AT THE COUNTER. I RECORDED A VIDEO OF IT AND IF YOU HAVE MADE ANY PURCHASES AT THIS 7-ELEVEN LOCATION NEXT TO DENNY'S AND YOU FIND THAT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION HAS BEEN COMPROMISED OR YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DRAINED, This is wheRE your account information was most likely stolen. I recorded a video of a sticky substance on top of the entire keypad along with some kind of red electrical tape and I brought it to the attention of the cashier and he tried to wipe it off in front of me but waited for me to leave the store and then he wiped it off do not use your money here

Came in at 724 pm to pump gas ad was told card was declined.. but it wasn't he actually charged us then we tried to talk to him about the dispute and the concern about the charge where we were told was declined but it was in fact not he waved us away telling us he was busy and when I asked for the receipt he crumpled it up and when I handed to me he then refused to tell me the owner and our manager of the store of which by the end of the discussion he told me was his family members this is Unbecoming of any worker let alone a 7-Eleven store employee this is why you get one star
