Harvest Market Woodforest

I love this place it's a great place to shop and enjoy lunch. Really great helpful staff and nice and clean. Oh and a very professional bakery, they also take special orders. I will be back next time I'm in the area

TURN UP THE PARTY PLANNING AND STOP HERE! So many FRESH ideas to add to everyday entertaining and if you are a charcuterie obsessed you better get on in to this location. Staff is super and DEDICATED to the mission of having choices when it comes to food and being creative with new combinations. Global taste additions are the specialty. And you will find some of the basics too. Newly refreshed fruit and veggies section too . Love the Chocolate selection, cakes are luscious, and the jams will up the game on every charcuterie table.

Harvest Market has organic items in stock at reasonable prices. I buy all my fresh meat from here. The ground sirloin, ribeye steak and my favorite, the beef tenderloin, never disappoints. If you like to grab sushi on the go, I can highly recommend the fresh sushi counter near the vegetable section.

I don’t shop at Harvest Market very often. I usually only go in to pickup an item or two that we need for dinner that night. Today I stopped in around 5:15 and while I was there I decided to stock up on a seasoning that we use to make shrimp taco’s. It was always stocked on a table in the seafood department. James, who was working that department, asked if he could help me. I explained what I was looking for but we couldn’t find it where it usually is. He suggested we look in the spice aisle. Not there either, so he went to the warehouse and asked the workers back there if they had any in the back. They are discontinuing it. Anyway, after this long review, I just wanted to give a shoutout and thank you to James for going out of his way to help me.
One another note: as I was checking out the customer in front of me was having trouble with her credit card going through. She was buying a boutique of flowers. After a few tries the cashier, a young man, said he would pay for them. She declined his offer. They figured out it was the credit card terminal and moved us to another register. His response was the sweetest thing I’ve seen in awhile. His parents have definitely raised him right.
What a great experience I had at the Woodforest Harvest Market today.

Family and I ran up to Harvest Market this afternoon and grabbed some sweet treats and they didn’t disappoint! We picked up the Chocolate Midnight cake and strawberry opera cake amazing!

Good prices and good food. They have loose-leaf tea that you can buy. It is the republic of tea, so it is actually a high quality tea. In addition, they are not forcing people to wear masks, so that is a huge plus!

Is so amazing being here from NY, I find so many supermarkets around Houston and San Antonio, not counting the surprises I come across Texas. Texas is a great place to live. The staff were very friendly. The food was good and delicious. The atmosphere was amazing with its decorations and all. They have a big area where you can sit and enjoy your day either alone or with friends and family. Pretty nice place to do both shopping and to have a good bite

Great selection and layout. Staff is very nice and helpful. Lots of seating at cafe. Hopefully some breakfast items coming soon.

I always enjoy Harvest Market, whether doing our regular shopping or when I get to perform here with my group, Texas Wise Guys. This is just a great place to hang out, shop, relax on the patio and enjoy good people. Harvest Market Woodforest is one of the highlights of the community, and one of the key reasons my wife and I are so happy we chose to make Woodforest our home!

12-24-2023 update: still a good, local grocery store for quick stop items and light grocery shopping (too expensive to be a regular grocery shopping location). I guess they'll never open anything above the store. I really wish their original concept of restaurants and a sports bar/grill in the upstairs area would actually happen. Or, set it up for a venue rental that's more affordable than the Woodforest HOA's venue rental offering.

Nice and new with a spectacular variety of fresh, quality, and unique items. With an inside food court, indoor and outdoor patio seating, a bar, and future upstairs restaurants and sports bar, this is definitely a destination location for Woodforest.

Really nice store, great customer service, and a good place to have a bite to eat.

Not really my cup of tea, but I'd bet there's 50 different flavors of it here, to get closer. Super clean place. Baked & other goods looked phenomenal. It almost has a library feel, which was just kind of different. I'm sure I'll get back in one day.

Went for the first time a few days ago with my daughter as she was getting food for her daughters party . The store is so clean and nice. I don’t usually shop at stores anymore but I want to shop here more with my daughter. It s a nice store !

Very comfortable environment friendly staff .. Great sushi.. and price wise not bad.. tucked away in Woodforest so I get it.. but it’s so convenient it makes it worth it.. also 1488 and fish creek can be a nightmare.. so yeah would recommend over HEB … for quick trips

My family and I love this store! I know that some of their prices can be ridiculous for certain items so I do not do my regular shopping there but it good for items that i forget to buy previously. My daughters enjoy going for cookies and donuts. I like the sushi. :)

Nice store. Wish I would've had time to shop. Went in for a quick snack and drink. There were drinks all over the store. More consolidation would have been helpful.
