Thanks to Denise. I was able to see my pictures developed. Please give her raise to thee highest. Shift leader. Raised my heart. Her co- worker who stayed on her phone. Told us to come back tomorrow. And the machine was broke. SMH. Mrs Denise turned on machine and proceeded to print all our photos with no problem. Love her ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ dearly. She's strictly 100% awesome. Wish I could have gave her and New Jersey hug. May God continue to bless her beauty soul. She could have not helped us as her young team member. She saw we had a few pictures 106. And didn't want to print one. Mrs Denise printed them all but 12. My best and only good experience with Walgreens employees. NOT ON THEY DAMM PHONE. APPRECIATE YOU MRS Denise's 🙏 💙 ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤

This Walgreens is organized and clean. Pharmacy staff are kind and polite. Parking lot right out front. It can be busy but what pharmacy isn’t these days?

I liked it better when it was Rite Aid, it was stocked better with supplies. Customer service is polite and helpful in Walgreen's currently.

Initially I gave this place a 1 star but recently I went back because I badly needed nail polish remover. The last time I was here, the place was completely empty. You were lucky if you found water. But this time- it was STOCKED! Books, magazines, snacks, drinks, travels items, you name it. They staff seems pretty cool. They make you check your bag upon entry with a janky hand written ticket system. Other than that, it’s worth stopping in to get basics.

This is a very small Walgreens. Not very easy to notice from road. Unfortunately, when we got there Security made us leave soon after. Its not the best neighborhood. Security only told us that they were closing early that night due to an emergency. So, we didn't get to finish our agenda at that Walgreens!.They were all extremely nice!!!

I've never had a problem with pharmacy employees.....their very busy......I've dealt with some snotty customers.....lol..... one problem I had at the store....not pharmacy....has happened twice....the employees act as if you are bothering them if you are there to use western union....I've actually had an employee lie and say it was closed....then ask how much money we were getting, only $50 by the way.....and then she said....oh no.....we are closed?? It was annoying.....but also just odd?? I was curious was there an amount that would have made them stillbe open?? Was 50 too much?? Too little.....anyway..... regardless.....it was an inconvenience

This is truly a uniquely terrible pharmacy. The pharmacists and security personnel with whom I've directly interacted are great and deserve a separate rating, but the store on the whole is just such a hot mess and I honestly don't fully understand where the problem lies. What is more frustrating than anything is that – be it human error or something else – the Walgreen's refill system just never ever works. I sign up (and re-sign up) constantly for auto-refills and for notifications on when my medicine comes in, and every. single. time. I wind up having to call in and ask what's going on, which means I end up anxious about getting my medicine in time. I don't know if it's a system failure or tech issue or management issue or what, but it seems like refilling prescriptions and communicating time-sensitive information about said prescriptions should be top priority at a pharmacy. I can NOT wait until the CVS by my office opens up because I will immediately move my prescriptions. It's a shame because I want this Walgreen's to do well and their pharmacists themselves deserve better, but yeah, something somewhere isn't working and it's a huge disadvantage for folks in the area who rely on this as their only source of medicine/goods/etc.

During this time of Covid -19 all staff should be adhering to PPE guidelines. Went in last week and the check out person (Corey) had his mask around his neck as he was stocking merchandise and then checked me out at the register a few feet away with no barrier at all. like some stores have. Wow, Not Safe.

Two young girls and one Male employee need to be replaced it's hurt them to wait on people I pray everytime I enter the store

Don’t believe the opening hours posted on the website or on the store doors - they close 15 minutes earlier than posted and lock the doors, preventing anyone from entering. The guards will just stare at you and shrug.
Also there is always a long very slow-moving line and *maybe* two cashiers on a good day. Would give zero stars if possible.

Horrible business since switched over from Rite Aid to Walgreens. The store is constantly closing early and closes randomly in the middle of the day. Often out of bags and under-stocked. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

I'm new.Im from the Saratoga MLK Walgreens.They closed down and sent me to this one.I called 2days ago to see if my prescriptions were rea.dy and 3 outta the 4 were. She specifically gave me the date which was today I called to make sure they were gonna be today and weekends are closed? Why wouldn't u tell me that when u were on the phone with me? That makes 0 sense for weekends to be closed.I now gotta go a few more days without any of my meds.I didn't pick my others up because I don't drive and I figured 2days wouldn't matter but 5 will. I'm already gonna leave there before I even go once.

I see why they have a 1 star review rating ive been on the phone on hold now for 20 min and someone keeps answering not saying anything and putting me back on hold. Im calling about an important fedex package (they are a pickup location). Just based on this id avoid this place (and fedex if possible) like the plague!

The worse Walgreen I believe in any state. Most people work Monday thur Friday and for them to close the pharmacy on the weekend is a complete joke. It show they don't respect the community at all. The worse thing that happened is when Rite-aid closed and they moved in. It has been terrible experience for the whole community.

Unfortunetly have to give at least 1 star to post, which they dont deserve. Tried to fill a prescription here (transferred from a different walgreens because they didn't have the medicine - important to note, not a controlled substance). They said there was a problem with the prescription and refused to fill it. They also refused to answer any questions about what the problem was (so I could call the prescriber to try to get it fixed) and stated they were not calling, just that they could not fill the prescription. Complete waste of time (and the money for my appointment copay since I cant get the medicine). Now the prescription is stuck here where everyone is entirely unhelpful.

Used to be my most reliable Walgreens. Now they never have anything in stock and the lines are unbelievable. I don’t understand why they only have like one flavor of each brand of cigarettes. What’s the point? They also always close early, just overall very lazy

Complete garbage fire avoid at all cost!

I interacted with three employees, two of them acted like they we're angry because they had to talk to me, every single employee I saw in the store had their mask on wrong... You think a pharmacy could get that right.

Both the pharmacy section and the checkout aisles were drastically under staffed leaving long lines of people cramped together.

I had a vaccine appointment here and I've canceled it because I don't want to give them anything or deal with them at all ever again.

There was one girl I interacted with at the pharmacy who was nice.
