To the owner Matthew Redmond now Fast Phil’s at 2894 Harmony Hwy in Harmony. I have waited over 20 mins for a gravy biscuit for my son and was told they didn’t have any gravy 15 mins after I placed the order as it was only 10:05am when I placed my order.. Which means it’s still breakfast. And when I placed my order there was biscuits because I asked as the other day they were out at 9:30am and wasn’t making anymore or didn’t have any, the lady made other people’s orders and then no longer had biscuits after I ALREADY PAID FOR OUR STUFF AND THE OTHER PEOPLE HADN’T. This woman is ruining your business as I’m not the only one that has had issues with your new Deli Manager..
