AT&T Store

Just had the best experience at this At&t store with Charles, the manager, who helped me load all my data and apps onto my new phone. He was so incredibly helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Charles and this att store!

I didn't go for myself. I went with my neighbor but I can honestly truly say. The people at the store were very hospitable and friendly. They took the time to explain things which was really great.

Dante made the whole switch effortless …for me. He knows what he’s doing without a slip. Amazing service! Dante went above and beyond! ATT … no comparison to the others!

The team was extremely helpful when my phone kept losing network connection. Would get it fixed, and then the phone would stop working by the time I walked to my car. It actually became kind of a funny joke. Good people, very capable and friendly. They made what was a huge pain into a pleasant experience.

I went in because my phone wasn't working and literally was served in seconds. My first option was spend 200 to fix it or pay it off for 300. Neither was a viable solution and l need a phone because l take care of my 92 year old mother. They worked and worked until they found me a solution by using my mother's upgrade to get me a good phone for little each month so not to kill my bill.

This store ROCKS! I've been getting all my wireless needs met at this store for years.The staff at this store are EXCEPTIONAL. This time Frank R. took care of all my concerns right away. Fabricio in the Loyalty program addressed and resolved an issue that I came across. Again, Jorge A. stood by and made sure everything is complete and final before I left. Thank you Frank R, Fabricio (LP) and Jorge A.!!! Whoever manages this store, thanks too!

Returned my old phone today. So happy with my new Flex 5..LOVE IT...

Trying to re-establish my att service was a total nightmare. So many uninformed salespeople or just not wanting to deal with the issue i was ready to give up. then I met Mr Wyclef for being new he was patient well informed and handled the the situation like a true hero he is my new bff. thank you Mr Wyclek

Maggie and Wyclef were such a huge help. I came into the AT&T store to transfer data from one phone to another after upgrading and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. I highly recommend coming here for anything AT&T related.

I want to say thank you to Nash Zenon the store manager. My phone was having a problem with voicemails and for over an hour and a half she sat with me and ATT phone reps until my problem was solved and it wasn’t easy! She was great and more patient than I would have been with the ATT phone reps👍
